Right on the beach, this spacious (1500+ square feet) 3-bedroom condo features majestic sunrises and sunsets from the living room and master bedroom plus views of Hilton Head, the Tybee Lighthouse, and the entrance to the Savannah River shipping channel. There's lots of light in this end unit with side windows, and the bordering nature preserve provides privacy. It's beautifully furnished with 4-flat screen cable TVs, a fully equipped brand new kitchen, a large porch, and upscale bathrooms. This condo is on the first level with easy access via one flight of stairs or elevator. The master bedroom has a high quality king pillow top mattress and a full bath including a large soaking tub and separate shower. There's a king-bed in the second bedroom. The third bedroom also has a king bed. There's a washer and dryer in the laundry room. Linens and towels are provided. You'll enjoy the community pool and tennis and pickle ball courts. Free secured Wi-Fi is provided for our guests. The condo sleeps a total of 6. The complex is gated. Condo was spacious and beds were comfortable. Property was as described. We enjoyed the view and watching the ships pass. Location on Tybee was good for those not wanting to be close to pier but within a bike ride. We rented bikes one one and toured the island which I highly recommend. Very easy drive to Savannah.

The condo was better than expected. Great location, clean, all needed accessories (coffee maker was my wife’s primary need), spacious. The balcony off the master bedroom was fantastic, you could leave it open at night and fall asleep to the ocean, and in the daytime you could see the dolphins. Very laid back and quiet. Highly recommend.

First time in Tybee. couldn't ask for a better place to stay. the site is on the end and quiet. excellent access to the beach and pool. Also great proximity to everything on the island. was able to rent a bike from Tims which is walking distance from the condo—more than enough room for 4 adults. The only real negative thing is the tennis and Pickleball courts weren't in excellent condition and not easy to get to. but not discounting this just a note. will recommend to anyone to stay there.

View was covered by the vegetation on the dunes, does not look like the main picture shows, very overgrown. You can barely even see the boardwalk to the water.

From the moment we walked through the door, until the time we left, this condo was perfect! Beautiful sunrises, sunsets and dolphins everywhere! From the livingroom, bedroom and balcony the view was perfect! Shrimp boat was an awesome experience to watch, as well as the cargo ships. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals, the beds were very comfortable, and the condo was decorated nicely. Also very clean! It was a short walk to the beach which was not overcrowded. Lloyd and Catherine go above and beyond to make your stay perfect! Southern hospitality at its best! We are planning to come back to this condo in Tybee Island in the Summer of 2025.

We were so impressed with this condo, it truly was everything we were hoping it would be. It was super clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The pool was also great and the beach access was super convenient! And we got spoiled seeing so many dolphins every single day, I think every other vacation destination is ruined for me now! Great restaurants and shops super close by, it really is a great place to stay!!

We stayed north beach Tybee in a condo… it was beautiful and very comfortable for us! The hosts have it very nicely set up for a stay. Very nice people and very beautiful condo! We had a wonderful mother and daughters vacation!

This condo is amazing! Immaculately clean inside and out. Very comfortable beds. Large spacious master bathroom, large deck with a beautiful view of the ocean. We saw and/or swam with dolphins every day. Many container ships and fishing boats passed by on a regular basis. Great places to eat especially -huccaPoohs -within walking distance. Highly recommend renting bikes. You can see the entire island that way. Don’t forget to check out the pier and the $20 run buckets are incredible. Great Shelling on the beach right outside the condo. Very nice pool too!

The condo was spacious and comfortable. The view was not good. The sand dunes have so much overgrowth and briar vines it interferes with view. Also plastic and other trash has blown in it. The lock with the gate pass is not user friendly. No directions on how to close it back. FYI, hit the clear button then put in the code. The plastic cover barely hangs on. The beach is private. Not crowded at all. There are hundreds of cannonball jellyfish (don’t sting) that come in with the tide and stay on the beach. Also horseshoe crabs. Pay to park about everywhere. $4.00 an hour.

The property was the perfect choice for our family vacation. With easy access, quiet community, comfortable king beds, and nicely stocked kitchen. The outside deck was an added bonus for dauphin watching, and waiting on ships. There was not one down side to our stay. Thank you to the owners for a wonderful experience!

This is a great property in a quiet residental setting. We felt safe and secure at all times. The sunsets views from the condo were amazing. We enjoyed the boats coming by and stirring up the dolphins. We enjoyed seeing the big cargo ships coming and going right in front of us. The place was so quiet and we had the most restful and relaxing time there. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed for the week.

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach was beautiful and we saw dolphins just off shore several times. We brought binoculars along and did a lot of big ship watching, too! Loved the short walk to the coffee shop and pizza at Huc-a-poos. Very laid back area and quiet. Beds were comfy, lots of room for all of us. If we ever make it back to Tybee, we will stay here again for sure!

This condo is a perfect place for friends and family. Great location and very roomy. Each room has its own tv, comfy bed, and plenty of pillows. You might need to pack a throw if you like to wrap up in one while relaxing. Over all, wonderful condo and Lloyd is so helpful for all your needs.

Nice waterfront condo on the north shore of the island! We really enjoyed the easy access to the sandy beach and view of the ships and boats moving up and down the river. Very easy to get to for us on our first visit to Tybee.

We had a very nice time, and the condo was nice, first floor (above the parking area) with an ocean front balcony which was lovely to hang out on. Minimally stocked kitchen but we had what we needed. The map “rough location” I saw when I book had me thinking we would be closer to the lighthouse but this is actually the first complex on the north bayside, basically where the beach begins. Lovely sunsets, calm to no surf. Big waves/ instant high tide when ships pass. Also beware- we had not one, but 2 foot lacerations from oyster shells. Host is very responsive.

This condo was very comfortable and spacious for our family of 6 (kids ages 4, 9). We enjoyed this being on the first floor so we never had to worry about kids walking too heavy and disturbing the neighbors below. We have been to Tybee many times but were particularly impressed with the sunsets (perfect view from the porch!) and non-stop dolphin show (we saw dozens of pods swimming for hours at high tide times - unreal!). The kitchen has lots of pots and pans for cooking. The beds were all comfortable - good quality mattresses. The pool hours are currently 10am-8pm. I believe the hours were reduced recently. The ocean water is very calm here due to it being on the mouth of the channel (not the constant waves which are where the beach bends about 1.5 mile walk or a quick drive). Watching big cargo ships roll past was mesmerizing. They do make big waves when they come through. If you enjoy fishing, the beach in front of this condo is a favorite spot. We love how many public access beaches are available in Tybee. Also this property is a block away from Huckapoos and several local artisan shops. A quick trip to Savannah, too. One thing to note - Tybee is now a non-smoking beach and this property is also a non-smoking property. We love how clean the beaches are - but if you smoke, you could be fined for doing it on the beach (or asked to leave if you smoke on this property). My whole family loves this spot and agrees they would like to return. Thank you, Lloyd for being a great host!
