The studio suite provides a semi-separated sleeping area from the living room for the Queen bed and twin mattress. The Sofa Bed is located in the living room area. The LAZY B WATERFRONT SUITE ceiling has been refurbished with 2 layers of Roxul Safe n Sound, Z - Channels with Quiet Rock attached (equal to 8 layers of sheetrock) plus soundproof caulking around the perimeter of the Suite. SUCCESS…..Voices and normal TV noises have been removed, a 300% improvement. The footfall from the Hideaway above is muffled and greatly improved but cannot be eliminated 100%. HEALTHY AIR CIRCULATION We have installed a Heat Recovery Ventilation System which continuously circulates warmed fresh outside air throughout the property.
