The cabin was built in 2015, and everything has been purchased or hand crafted for the cabin. The driveway has been widened to allow for 3-4 cars to park off the street. On street parking is not permitted in the winter. If any additional cars are needed, they will have to park at the Town Hall. Pets are not permitted. The cabin has 3 levels: 1st Level: Garage: 2 car garage, with a "man door" for easy access during the winter months. Sleds are available along with racks for ski/snowboard storage. The basement is 1200 square feet - stained concrete with radiant heating and 2 large windows Mud room to put your snowy, muddy boots and hang your snow clothes to dry, also features a glove and boot warmer. Also stores a folding table and 6 chairs for additional seating if needed.
