Two large TVs with full HD cable package, outdoor speakers, two fireplaces, full size billiards table, shuffleboard table, foosball, mountain bikes, house alarm, huge natural gas BBQ, 3 patio sets, loungers, and swing. Kitchen has granite counter tops, filtered drinking water, all new small appliances, dishes and cutlery for 16 people. Front loading washer, dryer, local phone, free WIFI, air conditioning and much more. Includes all towels, bedding, linens, dishes, condiments, and spices. 25 minutes from airport and downtown. Walking distance to shopping, golf, & restaurants. Close to NFL stadium, arena, NASCAR raceway, spring training for baseball, Wildlife World Zoo, Aquarium and Safari Park, mountains for biking & hiking, and many golf courses and shopping malls. Something for everyone! Surrounding Area: Don't waste time traveling, location is everything. We are 25 minutes from the airport and down town Phoenix. Only 4 miles from I10 Interstate. Numerous great and affordable golf courses within 10 minute drive, including walking distance to the WigWam resort and spa, YMCA, house of worship and White Tank mountain range is also within view and great for outdoor activities such as hiking and biking. Minutes away from NFL stadium, NASCAR, hockey arena and baseball spring training for the sports lovers. Restaurants and shopping galore in the surrounding area. The house was in a great location for west valley spring training games. We also had enough activities to keep us busy when the weather wasn’t great.

Two couples spent a week here to get away from cold and snow. Couldn’t have asked for a better place. Great location for food, shopping and activities. Heated pool was perfect. Vic is a great host who handled everything quickly and graciously. Already planning to come back here next year.

The house was well furnished and very clean. Poor weather did not allow us to use the pool or outdoor facilities, but the kids and grand kids had a great time in spite of that. There was plenty of room for the six of us.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was beautifully furnished and the beds were comfortable. Very happy to have spices available for cooking.

I will say this: the homeowner was a joy to work with. The house was very nice and very comfortable. Down side, the pool is a bit misleading. It is VERYsmall and the palm trees overhead needed trimming and were dropping pods daily, so in order to swim, we had to skim the pool. Needless to say, we didn't swim or get in the pool due to all the mess and it was not what I wanted to do on vacation / baseball tournament trip. Tree trimmers came 3 days before we departed and then the pool was just too dirty to use even with skimming. We were there for a baseball tournament and pool was a must. Kind of a disappointment. Would have liked to have known about that issue before arriving or booking. Other than that, house was perfect for our needs, bonus room upstairs is fantastic for teenage kids. The house literally has more than what you will need, very stocked with dishes, etc. If I didn't desire a pool, I would definitely book again. Game room was fun as well!

We loved the house. Very clean and well stocked. We had such a relaxing stay that we added 2 extra days to our stay. Neighborhood was very quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay in this house. The outdoor space was perfect, nice clean pool, garden, bbq and patio area. The house was immaculately clean, spacious, had everything we needed and more. The neighbourhood was quiet and well maintained. Would definitely recommend this house for your holiday or a long term rental. The owners were easily contactable and responded quickly to our questions. We would happily stay here again.
