Communication great with owner. The condo was absolutely amazing. I live about hour away and have been staying in St. Augustine Beach since 2000 several times a year absolutely the best place yet. The view of the beach was spectacular. The condo was very clean and well equipped. Lots to do in walking distance. We will be back again. Would love to have a place like this with the next several years. Definitely recommend!

The balcony and its view provided the perfect spot to watch sunrises (from bed or the balcony) and to sit and watch the ocean waves endlessly wax and wane. Our one and only goal for our long weekend was to relax. This condo provided the perfect space for that. We ate simple meals on the balcony, overlooking passersby. We spent endless hours just sitting and taking in the incredible ocean breeze and being entranced by the lull of the ocean. At night, we watched the moon reflect off the water until we nearly fell asleep in the lounge chairs (and did one night!) I can’t express enough how perfect this beautiful home was for our trip. The condo itself was cozy and clean. There were extra towels and a little closet of beach items for use. Although we didn’t need it, there was a washer/dryer available for use- which I find convenient and would have used had we booked a longer stay. Jesse was super friendly. He called to personally check in before our arrival and again the day after. He made suggestions for some local restaurants- one of which we tried and LOVED. (Harry’s downtown.) We were only a few minutes from anywhere we wanted to go within the St Augustine area. Check in and check out were easy. I would recommend this spot to anyone looking for LOCATION!! We will definitely book here again when our travels bring us back this way.

The listing and pictures say it all. This is a great place, right on the beach, in a great area with many restaurants and things to-do. Host was great and called to check on us after check-in. You will not be disappointed if your stay at this property.

Wonderful views, great location, fantastic communication. Everything we needed for a short stay. Wonderful to fall asleep and wake up to the waves of the ocean. The only issue was with the sliding screen doors need repair.

This was our 4th or 5th vacation in St. Augustine Beach and our first staying in this particular condo. Can't say enough good things about the entire experience. The owner was super attentive....we had a problem with the sliding door leading to the patio and he had a maintenance guy there in 20 minutes. St. Augustine beach is one of the best "walking" beaches in Florida , putting this condo in the perfect spot. The condo is comfortably furnished with TVs in all rooms and we loved the double ovens on the nights we ate in. 5 Stars all the way around!!!

When we arrived at 10pm the door would not open. We called the owner, but he was not available. Vbro arranged hotel rooms. The property has a great location and beautiful view of the ocean. However the property was dirty. For example, the threshold going out to the porch was filled with dirt and was corroded. The toaster was so filthy it was unusable. The floor was so dirty I wore socks. My socks quickly turned black on the bottom. I could go on, but no need to.

The view of the ocean from the balcony is amazing. Sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean was very relaxing. The pool was very clean and we enjoyed it very much. Overall our stay was very nice and enjoyable.

My daughter and I couldn’t have found a better location. We had meals outside on the balcony with a perfect view of the ocean ,sunsets ,surfers, dolphins etc . Pool was steps away. Clean and comfortable , we were very happy with this home . Great access to restaurants and short drive to beautiful St Augustine .

Everything was as described and picture, access was straight forward and simple. Beautiful views from the balcony and very peaceful, and quiet. Plenty of good places to eat in the area and Jesse was also very helpful with local recommendations.

The balcony was spacious with an excellent view of beach and ocean. Enjoyed hearing waves crashing. Condo was well equipped with dishes, utensils, pots/pans and there was ample towels and beach equipment. Furniture was comfortable and it was quiet and clean. TV selection was good in living room and bedrooms. Location was great too for restaurants and shopping as well as the distance to Old Town St Augustine. This was a wonderful rental!!!!

Great 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with large balcony overlooking St Augustine Beach. Ate many meals out there! Entire property is nicely maintained, nice pool area. Excellent location with casual eateries within walking distance and 2 grocery stores a short drive away. Easy drive to lighthouse and old st augustine.

The property was as described and in an excellent location. Beautiful sunrise every morning and easy access to the beach via the private boardwalk. There is also easy access to everything for both sight seeing and personal needs. We loved the layout of the unit and especially the large balcony. The unit is well maintained and stocked. The complex itself is very quiet and the pool area looked lovely for warmer weather. Plenty of towels (even beach towels, beach tent and chairs, etc.) which is also nice to have. We used the washer and dryer to stay ahead on clean clothes. We did have to reach out to the owner with a question and a request and received immediate response and attention. We would love to make this an annual trip and would definitely stay at this unit again. Loved everything !

Perfect location from which to enjoy all St Augustine has to offer and see the Nights of Lights. The water view from the condo’s patio is amazing. Condo has everything you need. We enjoyed several of the nearby restaurants as well. Would rent again

This condo was just perfect for my sister's and my getaway. The balcony is even bigger than it looks! The ocean view was a wonderful way to start our day. The location was also great in that it was only a 10 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine. If you didn't want to drive back to downtown for dinner there are lots of good restaurants very nearby. I can't remember thinking that anything was missing from the condo.

We enjoy St Augustine Beach, and this well equipped condo is beachfront with a great view, easy beach access, easy walk to very good restaurants. Tropical storm Nicole hit while we were there, there were no problems with the property. Owner Jesse called us to make sure everything was OK, and it was. Highly recommended.

Condo is very close to restaurants and attractions. Although this property doesn’t have an elevator, the steps up to this 3rd floor condo is worth every step. Who wouldn’t love waking up to beautiful sunrises each morning from a comfortable, large veranda? Beach and pool were also wonderful and condo is very well appointed.

This is a lovely, spacious condo with an amazing view and very nice amenities. It is convenient to historic downtown and there are nice restaurants near the condo. Jesse was very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. The condo is on the 3rd floor and I did not do my homework about there being an elevator..

This was an awesome Condo with breathtaking views of the Sunrise every morning. Beautiful Beach walks every day. The Condo was very clean and spacious and had everything we could have needed. Close to Downtown restaurants. Harry’s was our favorite!!! We even got to enjoy some Pool time. We would definitely recommend and hopefully we can visit again.

The view from the large balcony was magnificent. We saw dolphins while sipping our coffee. Beach was beautiful. Amazing location.
