About this cottage rental
Located in Rockport, this attractive cottage for $300 per night is a great choice for your next break. A Breezy Cottage is a very short walk to the charming beaches of Rockport, MA. It comfortably sleeps up to 7 people including a twin over double bunk bed, a queen sized master bed and a pop up trundle bed in sun room. In a tucked away corner, this home gives its guests privacy from their neighbors with its foliage of Peach Trees and flowering plants. A garden surrounds the back patio and outdoor shower. In its prime location, guests are a short walking distance to scenic downtown Rockport. Rockport's main attraction, Bearskin Neck, is filled with restaurants, art galleries, tourist shops and much more. Guests can find activities such as kayaking to the Twin Lighthouses to sharing a stuffed clam from Roy Moore Lobster Co. The Shalin Liu Performance Center is the newest addition to our quaint town and brings in musical artists such as Paula Cole, Judy Collins and string performances by John Jorgensen Quintet. Summer 2012 was the first season for A Breezy Cottage and it was a huge success! Join some of our returning guests in making this vacation home your new summer tradition! We had tickets for a performance at the Shalin Liu Performance Center and found Liz’s place. It was just for one night. I wish I could just live there! It was a beautifully decorated and welcoming home. All you’d need for a successful visit. Truly thankful for the opportunity to stay. We highly recommend

We have been visiting Rockport for over 20 years, so we have stayed in many rentals. Elizabeth’s cottage was one of our favorites. It is simple, cozy, and comfortable. Elizabeth lives next door and was quick to answer any questions. The location is perfect—a quick walk to the beach or town and easy access to the main roads for groceries, etc. This was our first time staying near Back Beach, and we really enjoyed it.

We really enjoyed this cozy cottage.
The pros: The owner was prompt and so thoughtful. Check in and check out was the easiest I have ever encountered. The location was very close to the beach in a quiet cul-de-sac. The home was clean and very peaceful. It was nice having a second living room that could be converted to a bedroom if needed. The front porch swing was the perfect way to end the day. The internet was very fast. If you want to go to Boston, the train is about a 10 minute walk away.
We would gladly (happily!) stay here again!
The cons: We didn't mind any of these, but some may want to know that the bedrooms were very small. The laundry facilities require going down a narrow staircase.

The photos don't do Breezy Cottage justice! Cozy yet spacious, clean, and the most amazing porch swing you've ever encountered (I was tempted to sleep there overnight). The cottage has ocean views from the kitchen and is a very short walk to one beach a few minutes from another. Easy and scenic walk to Bearskin Neck. Impressive and thoughtful selection of amenities (sand toys, beach buggy, 2 adult bikes, books, and games). Thank you!

Amazing Stay in idyllic Rockport in a Lovely Cottage by the Sea
Rockport is a lovely seaside town right out of a novel. We live in the North Shore and rented this lovely cottage for my daughter and her family who live out of state. We all had a wonderful time. The cottage is very comfortable and easily accommodated my daughter and her husband and three children. There were many family and friend stopping by and also her brother-in-law stayed with them for a few days. The beach is a stone's throw from the cottage and town is just around the corner... We enjoyed everything Rockport as to offer and more.

Excellent cottage and location!
We had everything we needed at this sweet cottage. The kitchen was well stocked, we found lots of books and games, and there was plenty of space for the 4 of us. The hosts, who live right next door, provided us with information about the area and got us ready for a kayaking adventure.

It was one of those pleasant places where you could forget that you had a list of things you wanted to do and just sit on the porch all day. The hosts were spectacular- had every thing available that we would need- coffee, bikes, toiletries, spices and even a bottle of wine! Two little birds was great for a light breakfast or afternoon snack while at the beach. And Strut was a little boutique where we all found a little something to splurge on!

Perfect location allowing us to walk to shops and restaurants and easy to get to the highway too! We thought having no AC was going to be a problem but it turned out that the weather was perfect and the windows and fans provided a very comfortable nights rest. The owners even left us a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate our anniversary! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Liz and Tim were the best hosts and the cottage was perfect for a much needed getaway! We were able to use our SUP boards right at the end of the road, drive to beautiful Good Harbor Beach and eat dinner at night under the lights. We can’t say enough about this property!!

This little cottage was oozing with charm. The owners had decorated it so "New England." She offered us bikes, which we took her up on. The only issue was that there was no AC. There was an unexpected heat wave, and it was pretty uncomfortable inside the first night. The owner was kind enough to bring us fans. I would highly recommend this home.
