The property could’ve been cleaner. There was still quite a bit of sand on the floors in all rooms. We vacuumed as soon as we got in there. Also, the TV in the master seems to be going out. There’s a bright green stripe going down the right side of screen. With the TV in the guest room, we never could get the Comcast to work. Other than those very minor things, it was a wonderful condo. Plenty of room and very well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, etc.
One large issue during our stay ... about 2 days into the week, the master bed frame collapsed. The maintenance man came and left a few times (we waited overall, about 3-4 hours for repair) and it was finally fixed. During the repair, we noticed this was NOT the first time this bed has been fixed. So, maybe the bed needs to be replaced all together sometime soon. Still, this is a great rental and I would recommend it to a friend.
