Excellent room - large, very bright and sunny, very warm during the winter be controlled). Not something fancy, but absolute great value for the price - has all the facilities as per the description. Very convenient to be able to use the common kitchen for making coffee or tea, or for preparing or heating meals. Easy to park nearby, free parking. Excellent communication with the owner.

Very comfortable and clean room, shower was nice and hot with radiator in room for heating. Easy arrival procedure (key box) with clear instructions and use of the shared kitchen.
Not the owners fault but some inconsiderate other guests arrived at 3am one morning and had no consideration or thought for other guests and made a lot of noise shouting. Maybe a sign or message should be sent/ stuck up for these people who lack common sense to remind them.

Room was adequate , shower was great , though it was Super clean.
check in was good and guy on the phone was helpful.
there was even a fridge which I didn't expect.
Bed was clean but not very comfy , I guess you get what you pay for.

The location was excellent and it had self catering facilities
The radiator in one of the rooms did not work and the bed was broken
