The location
Rooms were a bit dated and some of the fixtures were showing signs of wear and tear

We had a wonderful experience here, purely thanks to the incredible staff. Right upon our arrival, the lovely lady at reception offered to upgrade us from our original two-star room to the main four-star hotel - completely free of charge, which was such a generous and delightful surprise!
The room we were initially given was very warm, but once again, the receptionist was incredibly understanding and immediately moved us to a room on the other side of the hotel, away from the burning sun. The room also came with a small fridge, which was so important and helpful for us. Additionally, the hotel’s location is fantastic - incredibly close to the town centre, which was a huge bonus. Although we didn't use the bar or the swimming pool (which was kindly included in our stay), it was lovely to have the option.
The lack of air conditioning was quite noticeable, especially on warmer days. Also, whilst it is very clear that the hotel is kept wonderfully clean and is regularly maintained, the property does show some signs of wear and tear. The decor is also quite minimalist and austere; with very few decorations and plain walls, it feels a little clinical rather than cosy and snug. However, the warmth of the staff more than made up for it!

Excelente relación calidad precio,las recepcionistas muy profesionales,la habitación cómoda e insonorizada,la piscina y el sauna son un plus,lo que más me gustó es que está enfrente de un súper mercado que vende de todo y un casino,el centro está a 5 minutos, totalmente vale la pena lo recomiendo
