The location was good if you were not a skiing, and if you were it would be a healthy walk to the gondola. On street parking when we were there in July. Probably not in ski season. You had a view of the mountains from the windows. The hot water was very HOT! It had a shower, small refrigerator and kitchenette-ette. There was a restaurant, but we did not sample the fare.
All of the furniture was too low to the floor and worn out, including the bed mattress. There was no table for eating and no straight back chairs. When you sat on the sofa and leaned back it opened. The PVC shower curtain rod had been broken and glued together causing it to sag in the middle making it difficult to move the curtain. Like all tub and shower combos in BG, you had to climb the Pirin mountains to get in and be very, very careful exiting to prevent a deadly fall. No elevator.
