Aici am întâlnit o familie minunată care deține o locație pe măsură.
Personalul chiar depune tot efortul să te facă să te simți confortabil. Chiar dacă a existat o barieră de comunicare asta nu m-a oprit din a mă simți bine, soluția este o aplicație care traduce și rezolvă totul.
Camerele sunt curate și pe parcursul săptămânii se menține curățenia. Există și loc de depozitare pentru accesoriile de schi.
Micul dejun a avut necesarul pe farfurie cât să-ți dea energie pentru un început de zi pe pârtie, consider că mai mult de atât nu trebuie.
Distanța până la gondolă este de aproximativ 15 de minute, dar puțină mișcare nu strică niciodată.
Dacă vă întrebați au bineînțeles și wi-fi. Ca și locuri de parcare sunt câteva pe străduță în fața hotelului.
Avem voie și cu blănoșii, contracost. Dar înainte de a îi aduce mai bine puneți o întrebare. ❤️

Nous avons tout aimé : très bien situé à Bansko et à proximité du cœur de ville, accueil très chaleureux. D’un point de vue culinaire : exceptionnel ! C’est le bon endroit pour découvrir la cuisine bulgare, dans un cadre familial.
On vous recommande donc de prendre le petit déjeuner sur place et d’y rester dîner le soir.

The set breakfast was great, good to start off the day with lots of food for skiing. The staff were friendly, attentive and worked hard to fix the problems we had (broken toilet, door handle falling off.. etc), so we appreciated this.
We had several problems during our stay such as a broken toilet, a broken door handle but they did fix them.
