The host was very nice and helping. The house is very nice and cosy. The location is very good - a quite neighborhood, but still not far from the city center, less than ten minutes walk from the old town.
The house does not have a restaurant but this is fine as the city center with all its restaurants and taverns is not far away.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The guest house is about 15 minutes walk to the ski area and restaurants/bars which meant the area was quieter which suited us great. The room was spacious and very clean with all the facilities we needed like a mini fridge and kettle. The bed was also so comfy and we had a small balcony. Mariya and Ivan were so accommodating and always available to help, even offering to drive us to the next town when we missed our shuttle and couldnt get a taxi quick enough! The stay was perfect, and such good value for money- I would reccomend 100%.

The room is very nice, clean and have everything you need, fridge, kettle, and a small balcony. Ivan's guesthouse is a very nice and relaxing place to stay, and the owner Maria is a very kind person and will help you with any problems.

Guest house Ivan is nicely decorated, spacious, with very nice host. Rooms are comfortable, very clean and cosy. Walking distance from center of Bansko. We stayed only one night out of ski or summer season, but we can warmly recommend this place and hope to return one day!
