Great location, 10 minute walk from gondola and 10 minute walk from old town. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Room was basic, clean, warm with all facilities needed such as small fridge and kettle. Perfect base for snowboarding and skiing.

Highly highly recommended for a stay in Bansko and amazing value for money.
The couple who run it are absolutely wonderful. Such kind and caring people. Nothing was too much trouble.
They brought a mini fridge to outside the room for us, provided a fan and lent us some baby items such as a baby bouncer chair for my baby daughter to use. Their daughter Maria speaks perfect English and was always readily available via call or WhatsApp.
The place is spotlessly clean.
Beds are comfortable.
You can use the washing machine at a cost of 10 Leva per wash which was very convenient and saved us going to the launderette.
Maria’s father picked us up and took us to the train station for 10 Leva.
Thank you for a wonderful stay in Bansko Maria and family.
Will be recommending you to friends and family when visiting Bansko.

This is not a negative, but so that people are aware… the room is up a couple of flights of stairs …so just something to be aware of if you have mobility issues.

It is okay for short-term stay, solo travelers and couples. The owner was really kind. The location is top, and I liked a lot the fact it is situated in a calm street.
There is some not so nice smell in the bathroom.

Simple, spotless clean, well maintained, convieniently located (15 Minutes walking time to the gondola, close to the center) guess house with very welcoming hosts. I travelled alone and for me was perfect.
I have no complaints 😁
