I liked the staff team from the restaurant, they do their best to welcome you and give you a good service every morning and evening.
But we had to do queue for 1hour to take breakfast and dinner because of the full of people.
And it was exhausting and disappointed.
The swimming pool area was catastrophic due to the lack of strict rules and hygiene policy
I was very disappointed and il was a very bad experience on a pool area, the guardstaff from the pool area was disrespectful, just because of aïd days vacation, and the full of people he let people wearing clothes ( football clothes, indian dress, and sport pants) enter on the pools, i was there for 5days/4 night with my 2 kids and we saw that, it was disgusting. The water color was not clear anymore. When i talk to him, he said " it's out of his control" just because it was full of people. SAME for the trash near to the pools . He observed all of this and did nothing, just talking with his colleague.
I argued twice with him, he let children under 3 years old going on the pool with the teenagers and adulte in the deep area letting the small pools left.
