Carol was very friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to accommodate us when Booking.com changed the dates I'd asked for. This is a lovely, comfortable place to stay - a real home from home. Loved the pool, the hot tub and having a lounge to sit in as well as a comfortable and spacious room. Good breakfast too.
Booking.com changed the dates of our booking without highlighting it - so book direct. The upstairs room has several steps inside, so care is needed moving around.

The pool was welcome on a hot day after a long drive.
Very difficult to find and needs “What 3 Words” address so that it can be found or some sort of direction sign from the narrow lane.
The property and garden needs maintenance as does the wooden garden furniture.
The bathroom isn’t en-suite and is over a first floor walkway across the open hallway.
