Located at the quiet end of Jax Beach, a short 1.5 block walk or bike ride to the water. Quaint 3 bedroom home. 2 queen and one double sized bed. Only 2 blocks from exclusive Ponte Vedra Beach as well. Enjoy a quiet and peaceful vacation get-away. This home comes complete with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, ceiling fans throughout, cable TV, tile, hardwood flooring, and an outside shower for cleaning off the beach sand. You'll enjoy the ocean breezes in the evenings on our front chairs provided of course! Take a bike ride to Starbucks in the morning or go for that early morning beach walk. Attend the Sea Pavilion for concerts, outdoor movies and festivals. Golfers have a five-minute drive to Sawgrass TPC. Historic St. Augustine, the nations oldest city is an approximate 30 minute drive. Just over an hour to the Daytona Speedway, and two hours to Mickey Mouse. Also within close proximity to the Mayo Clinic. Home provides beach chairs, beach cart, 3 adult bikes, 2 child bikes with color coded locks. Beach towels, dishes, bath towels, linens, coffee pot, washer/dryer. One smaller stroller as well as an all terrain stroller. Pack 'n Play as well Salty Air a vacation get-away destination.

The place was perfect for our needs. The neighborhood was such a nice area to run and take walks. We loved how close we were to the beach. Our weather was decent and we even had a great beach day. We were in town for a wedding held at TPC Sawgrass. We were in close proximity to all of the gatherings we needed to attend. Although grocery stores were in close by, we definitely needed a car. The house was so cute and cozy. We hated to leave and return to "real life".

One of the best Vrbo stays! The cottage was clean, had everything you needed to go the beach (beach towels, buggy, chairs), walking distance to the beach, everybody in the neighborhood was friendly and hardly no one on the beach so it was peaceful and quiet. Had trouble with the TV and D'Ann was right on it to figure the problem out, great host! Will be back with more family! Thank you D'Ann!

This property was in an awesome location just outside of the craziness of downtown Jax beach while still being close enough we could venture down there if we wanted. House was clean, towels were fluffy and beds were comfortable. We had a toddler with us for part of the time and the property had a pack and play and high chair which made things very convenient. Host was friendly and A+ communication. We would absolutely stay here again.

Our family of 6 (2 adults, 4 teens, 2 elementary age) had a terrific stay! The cleanliness and attention to detail by the housekeepers is superb. Walking in to the house was one of the best experiences we've ever with a rental property due to this factor alone. The location is excellent! The beach is very close - a pleasant and easy 5-minute walk. This part of the beach is quiet and not really crowded, I think due to parking restrictions in the neighborhood. Our older kids enjoyed biking down to the pier a couple of times. Grocery store and highway access are only 5 minutes away. The front porch is large and quiet for a cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening. The AC works great! We will definitely stay again!

Loved it. Clean. Fully stocked. Host is very responsive. Very convenient to quiet area of beach. Beach towels/TP/paper towels/plastic trash bags were a plus and appreciated, most places don’t do that! Perfect vacation spot for family/teenagers. We’ll be back!

This house had everything we needed! Equipped with beach chairs, a wagon, beach toys, dish soap, cleaning needs, paper towels, trash bags, towels, etc. All we needed was clothes and toiletries. Was such a huge help. Would definitely stay again. We had the best vacation ever!

Absolutely the perfect spot for our family gathering!!! Easy walk to the beach. Bikable, beautiful community. Nice neighbors. SUPER clean, VERY comfortable, and LOVINGLY adorned. Total quaintness! Will definitely be back! D'Ann was fabulous to communicate with as well!

This is out second stay at the house. Both times have been wonderful! My favorite part is that I barely have to pack anything for my baby and toddler because there are so many things available to use at the house (pack-n-play, stroller, beach wagon, beach toys, high chair, booster seats). This saves so much room in our car... and my sanity, haha. Also, it's the perfect location. Beautiful neighborhood with a short walk to the beach. The neighbors are friendly. The beaches are peaceful and not overcrowded (like I've experienced on the gulf). It's a 5 minute drive to many great restaurants, shopping, and the Sunshine Park playground. We also love visiting the Jacksonville Zoo during our stay;it's about a 30 minute drive but definitely worth it! The house is simple, clean, and extremely practical for our family, which makes for an easy-going, relaxing beach trip.

Wonderful week in Jacksonville beach. The cottage was perfect for us, with room for the kids and allowed us to cook meals right there with everything we needed. D'Ann was the perfect host and very responsive and accommodating.

Awesome beach cottage in a beautiful area of Jax Beach. My teenage girls loved it… only 1.5 blocks to quiet beach, and great staging area for everything that is beach and spring break! House had everything… beach towels, bikes, 3rd bedroom. Everything was as advertised +small items that make a huge difference (dishwasher pods, TP, plastic trash bags, foil/plastic wrap, etc.). Already booked our next stay.

I took my daughter-in-law and 18 month old grandson to Jacksonville. My adult daughters met us there. The house was just perfect and very clean. Convenient to the beautiful beach with fully stocked detached garage. We had access to bicycles, beach wagon, chairs, gas grill, and so many toys for my grandson along with a fenced backyard to play. Very nice neighborhood near Ponte Vedra Club. We would definitely stay there again.

The house was classic craftsman, but updated enough to be very comfortable. Our kids loved the simple backyard. They declared the bamboo hedge their fort. We had everything we needed. Plenty of parking and a garage for my surfboards. It was unseasonably cold for Christmas but the high end thermostat was already set to 70 degrees 👌🏼 Thank you D’ann!

The house is very nice. It has all the amenities that you need. It is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We felt very safe. We loved the easy access to the beach. D’Ann is a wonderful host and was very accommodating. We have done VRBO for almost 20 years and she is one of our favorites. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with our family. The property is located in a very well established neighborhood of Ponte Vedra. Very centrally located to all the shopping you need. Very clean, everything you need in a home away from home. Beach access close by and easy to get to. Unfortunately Nicole was bearing down on us during our stay but we are from Florida so very used to hurricanes. Completely enjoyed our stay, host very accomodating and responded quickly when reaching out to her about hurricane preparedness. Would recommend highly!!
