Estadia decepcionante

Hotel limpo, moderno, cama confortável

Quando chegamos no quarto estava entrando sol da tarde, um calor insuportável e ligamos o ar condicionado que só ventilava. Deixamos ligado para ver se refresca e saímos. Quando retornamos alguém entrou e desligou. Ligamos o ar condicionado para passar a noite e não funcionou, foi uma noite insuportável! A toalha de banho tinha buraco. O café da manhã é regional, só tinha ovo, pão e café ocidental. Não voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel.

Good value, very clean hotel in the centre of Xian. We would happily stay there again.

The hotel serves a very nice buffet breakfast. Location is across the road from the old city walls and a 10 minute approx walk from the subway. Very clean

Rooms are smaller than other Chinese Holiday Inns. A minor problem, I would be happy to stay there again.

Though the staff's English proficiency was limited, they were extremely helpful. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to subway and bus stations made transportation convenient.

Pleasant

The room was not bad , but the cleanliness is pretty poor for 4 starts hotel. Location is good but traffic most of the time, and it’s on a really busy street.

I had a big issue on check in, I arrived to the city at 1:40am and around 3:30am in the hotel. At the check in they wanted me to charge twice of the price , at the property and from my card attached on booking.com. I questioned them why they gonna charge me twice they said it’s guarantee fee and they will return my card payment after the check out, guarantee fee whole amount of my stay ?! Are you guys serious?! And why don’t you guys mention it on booking.com ?! I didn’t agree with them until the end and they provided me a contract with the payment at the property with 15% increased fee , what really disappointed me. It was already 4:05am I finally got my keys. AND THE WORST THING THEY SPEAK 0 ENGLISH , they stare at you and talk only Chinese. At the same time I speak 5 languages. Of course it’s really disappointing that hotel staff doesn’t speak international language! It was tiring and embarrassing experience overall. I DO NOT recommend this hotel and I’m NOT coming back to this hotel!

Best breakfast, very nice and helpful staff, very clean, close to subway station

Small room. Booked room with 2 double beds, but it turned out only one big bed at first. The big bed is smaller than king size. Finally got 2 double beds room but the beds are smaller than double size

It was great.

Breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful but it was great if they could speak in English without their mobile translators which sometimes was wrong.

Few kids shouting at my floor around midnight. The person next to my room woke up at night shouting! I know this was beyond the control of the hotel but they should put note for being quiet. Besides all nots and signs should be in bilingual.

Great location for metro. Clean, comfortable beds and awesome shower! Lovely, super helpful staff and delicious breakfast with great choice of food.

Good location and friendly staff

The location is good, five minutes walk from the subway station Breakfast has Chinese and western choices. The room was super clean. The staff are really nice and friendly.

Rooms' walls are tiny, we could hear our neighbour snoring. lol

Great little weekend getaway and would conseider staying here again.

Many options for breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, convenient to West Gate and metro. Easy booking and check-in. Soaps, shampoos, and conditioners a plus along with a hairdryer, tea, water kettle, and ironing board and iron.

We probably should have booked a room with two beds and a bureau beneath the TV would have been nice and not cluttered the room. Some Holiday Inn Express locations have a mini-fridge in the room.
