I loved the sea view room that was quite large and the view from the balcony was truly amazing. The staff and the service was also awesome.
Nothing other than having troubles lowering the AC in the room.

The location is excellent, overlooking both the Mediterranean Sea and the Nile River, with a clear view of where the two waters meet without blending. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle for guests to its private beach area. Additionally, the staff were very helpful and cooperative, and the breakfast was very good.

Location is amazing
The room is not clean, the entire hotel is modest from inside. The shower was not working well. The parking is too small.
