The property is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the metro station, which makes commuting very convenient. Additionally, the staff is welcoming and friendly, and the amenities are good.
This is not a criticism. The rooms can get a bit warm at times. It would be a great addition to provide fans for extra comfort during hotter days.

Amazing location in a super safe neighborhood. Theres a park close by that often hosts events. Restaurants, supermarkts and ice creamshops around the corner. Would easily walk here by myself in the dark as a woman. Claudia, the owner is such a wonderful person and host. Very helpful, in any hour witg whatever you need. The kitchen is big, comfortable and clean. There is a lot of privacy and a nice little roof with hammock. Definitely recommend!! Also will she help you with tours and has great advice for activities.

Claudia is such a sweet and kind lady and you can tell she loves her job! The kitchen is AMAZING. Beds are comfy! Everything so clean. Beautiful indoor garden. Rooftop space with hammocks and space for yoga. Feels like being in a family home! Such a perfect, beautiful, safe neighbourhood! Supermarket one block away. Close to metro. 🚊

My favorite thing about this was the location. Safe, residential, and super close to a metro station, and from there you can reach and cover a LOT of Medellín. It's also not a touristy neighborhood, so from the grocery store to the arepas on the small little square park nearby everything is reasonably priced. Claudia, the hostel's host, is great; direct but lovable, and truly always there to help with anything you need. As for the accommodation itself, my situation might be too specific: I got a single room, which was a good one, mostly: spacious, great bed, good bathroom. The kitchen has everything you might need, and there's a laundry room.
Unfortunately, my room was right behind the kitchen, which meant noise at almost all hours. My first night it went until almost 1am, despite asking the other guests to keep it down. But the thing is all walls are very thin (or simply not sturdy), so it wasn't just the kitchen, I also heard the room right next to me or whenever someone used the communal bathroom. All in all, I got what I paid for, but if noise is a dealbreaker then consider asking for a more private room.
