The panoramic views are breathtaking with windows on the East side and oversized sliders (on main and in master bedroom) on the Gulf that open to a spacious balcony with ample seating. Main floor is open concept with beautiful Gulf views the second you walk in the front door. The master BR has a luxurious bath and private 10 x 25 gulf front balcony with sliders. No crowded elevators, no long walks to the car, no crowds on the beach. The perfect family getaway house on the West end of PCB, less than 5 minutes to Pier Park (East) and 30A (West). Living room includes 78” HD curved tv for all the sports fanatics. Large Tv’s in every bedroom. Cable and WiFi included. Just steps out the back door to your perfect beach day. Ground level Grill and patio with spectacular ocean views. Sandy path directly from the house to a quiet beach area that’s not overcrowded by condo guests. Beach chairs, umbrellas and an assortment of children’s sand toys are included.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ocean Breeze! From the moment we walked through the front door, the Gulf views were breathtaking. The home was beautifully renovated and had plenty of room for our entire group to spread out comfortably.One of our favorite features was the direct beach access. Being able to step out the back door and walk straight to a quiet, uncrowded beach made our vacation so relaxing. The included beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys were a huge bonus and made traveling with children much easier.The spacious balconies were perfect for enjoying morning coffee, watching sunsets, and listening to the waves. The open-concept living area gave everyone a place to gather while still enjoying incredible ocean views. The large TVs, comfortable bedrooms, reliable WiFi, and well-appointed accommodations made us feel right at home.The location couldn’t have been better—close enough to Pier Park and 30A for shopping, dining, and entertainment, while still being tucked away in a peaceful area away from the crowds. We especially appreciated not having to deal with elevators, parking garages, or crowded condo beaches.Ocean Breeze truly provided everything our family needed for a memorable beach vacation. We made wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beachfront home with amazing views, direct beach access, and a perfect location in Panama City Beach!

Our stay here was perfect. Everything was comfortable and clean, exactly as presented. The view is perfect and just what we needed since it was a cooler time of year and couldn’t spend as much time on the beach. Would definitely come back. Thanks!

Wow! What else is there to say about this wonderful home. One of the nicest properties we have ever stayed in. Stocked with everything you could need! About 100 steps from the home to the waves. Gorgeous beach! Great porches! Stacey was fantastic at communicating and all her recommendations were perfect. For our family of 5 the home could not have been any better! We hope to be lucky enough to return someday. Highly recommend this home in Laguna Beach!!!

We enjoyed an escape from cold weather in this beautiful beachfront unit. The unit is spacious & beautifully decorated. Upper & lower porches are quite large & great for relaxing. Views from the family room are fantastic.Stacey was a very accommodating host.
