Nestled in Faubourg Marigny, this attractive bed and breakfast for $452 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This particular listing is for La Suite Dianne: 1,700sf 3 rooms (2 w/balcony), & 1 loft (all queen arrangements) Private living room (queen), dining lounge (2 full), 2 baths, wetbar/kitchenette/hotplate & keyless entry The space: The estate's building faces St. Claude and joins our garden area which has its entrance on Frenchmen. The building contains 3 suites. For vacationers there is La Suite Natasha (available in another listing) & La Suite Dianne (this listing). Le Chat Francais Sasha Fancy is our personal suite. There is also a shared common bar area. Each Suite has a private keyed entrance to the common bar area and back yard. Each Suite has a private keyed entrance to St. Claude. Each suite has a kitchenette/wetbar with 2 mini fridges, microwave, blender, cooking untensils, and a coffee maker. There is no full stove in the kitchenette, instead there are very nice hotplates and a large toaster oven. Each rooms temperature can be personally adjusted with a remote control. Each suite has a bedroom with a balcony facing the St. Claude street car line and one bedroom with a balcony facing the back yard. Guest access: The common areas and the entire Natasha suite. Interaction with guests We are currently managing this property so we are personally here for you. NOTE: Listed price is for 8 Guest only, not including children under 15. Up to 10 guest allowed at $50/night per additional guest. Domingo loves old homes & antiques. Although he is a chiropractor by trade, he has a knack for creation and design. He loves to refurbish old homes and antiques. Some of his designs are available to purchase from the home. Domingo put his heart and soul into every detail of this home. Of course he could not do this without his soulmate Natasha who put hear heart in soul into supporting her husband. So we want guest to take care of our home as if it were their own while they are having a good time. Some of the items in the home are valuable and difficult to replace. Enjoy them responsibly so we can happily return your damage deposit. We do pay close attention to the condition to items to before guest arrive and after they leave. The internal structure and layout of this building into two main suites is exactly the same as a double apartment home or town home. Excessive noise and vibrations can be heard and felt by guest in the neighboring suite. Respect is paramount to vacation at Le Femme Francaise in regards to noise levels, activities, and language used. Guest not in congruence with this etiquette will have to leave. This is a relaxing atmosphere.

Easy Uber to the fairgrounds and close to most night shows for jazz fest. We had one friend drive from Texas to meet us. I think that it’s best to use this spot as an Uber in and out situation or to walk to and from Frenchmen. Parking is available but not the best street surroundings for leaving a nice car sitting all weekend. House is very safe and very comfortable. Hosts couldn’t be more accommodating.

These hosts went above and beyond for our group. We had flight issues arise and they helped accommodate us in a stressful situation. The location of this house is a 25 min walk to bourbon and 10 or less min walk to Frenchman. The house sleeps many and is very spacious with nice amenities. We felt safe and the hosts were fantastic. Would stay again if they would have me! They are responsive and friendly.

This is a great place in a wonderful location... that just misses on the small details that would have made it a 5 star stay. It does seem like a newish listing, so hopefully the owners can clean up the details to take it to that next level. From piles of sawdust in the corner behind a door, a missing blinds in a bedroom, a broken bathroom door, thin walls to noisy neighbors, and little missing conveniences (no paper towels, coffee filters, winescrew)... One crazy one is for a place that sleeps up to 10, the main living area only has seats for 4 (a small couch and one chair). All the big things of this place are wonderful, but the multitudes of little annoyances kept it always hovering just below great. They are all fixable or not huge issues, and would certainly would stay again and hope all those details have been worked out in the future.

They let us check in a few hours early and out quite a few hours late, which was SO helpful as most of us had late flights home and wanted to spend the day exploring the city without our baggage. They even offered to store it for us if they happened to have people checking in. Also, the heat wasn't working in our place, which I imagine is because it was the first time it was being used since last winter, and one of the bedrooms was missing a blind, and there were lots of streets lights in that window. We contacted them about these issues, and one of the owners was there in 15 minutes. The heat was just on a timer that we couldn't figure out, and he got us a makeshift curtain to make do, which worked great. Highly recommend this place.

This was a great home base for our bachelorette of 9 ladies. We all slept comfortably with enough common area for hanging out. The hosts were commutative and ensured we had a good stay. Additionally, the location is great. A grocery store and cafe within blocks, Frenchman's live music under a 10 min walk, and the street car outside the front door. I would recommend!

What a magnificent place! The location was within blocks of the streetcar, bus, market, and drug store! We were lucky enough to see them filming a movie right next to us. The house was spacious, warm, and inviting! It was clean and had plenty of extra blankets and towels. There were originally 12 of us scheduled to make the trip but 2 couples had to cancel last minute leaving us with more space than we needed. Overall, the house was a wonderful place to rest our head! The owners hit a home run with this one! We travel down every year and will book this house on subsequent visits!

I was impressed with the natural décor, size, and design. The property is about one mile to the French Quarter, and there is a Walgreens across the street and Genes Po Boys; very convenient. They didn't have an iron, but I purchased one across the street at Walgreens. I left it at the property for future tenants. I will return and rent this property in the future. AB

We were a little worried the location may be a little too far from Jackson Square and Bourbon St., but it's not at all, easy walk straight down Frenchman, and very safe neighborhood. Domingo was extremely attentive to every question I had as far as the property and just overall things to do around the area. I'll definitely bring the family next time, or possibly another guys trip for some golf and shenanigans. - RH
