Situated in Surfside Beach, this charming house for $650 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This OCEAN FRONT 2-story home has an extraordinary view of Surfside Beach! Take it all in from your FRONT ROW seat to witness the beautiful blue skies, tempting ocean waterw and the sandy beach. Our property is truly in the best location you could ever hope for during your beach stay. You will find this home has everything you need for a perfect vacation stay or week-end getaway! Linger in the living room with magnificent 180 degree view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Step out to the 20 x 30 foot deck to lounge, nap or visit with friends and family. From here, you can watch your kids frolick at the beach with peace of mind they are mere steps away from you while you kick back on the deck. Our deck is a "shore" thang and will not disappoint with its vast size and amazing view. Napping is highly encouraged and sometimes unavoidable! Sit back and take in God's glory year-round where you may teased by uninhibited hummingbirds and huge pelicans that seem to hover overhead. After indulging your lazy self in the hammock, stroll down the private walk-over bridge and dip your toes in the ocean or swim out to enjoy the incoming waves. Surfside is home to some of the best surf fishing, beach combing, shelling, boating and swimming. If that sounds too exhausting then hang out on the deck, under the deck or kick back at the beach. This home offers a most comfortable and soothing oasis whether you are seeking an adult get-away or a family-oriented escape. Everything you need to make your vacation memorable is waiting here for you! It is our aim to ensure your stay exceeds your expectations. Your comfort and satisfaction is our ultimate goal. We go the distance to make sure your stay is convenient, accommodating, relaxing and full of fond memories! To accommodate you and your family, you can expect to find these common items at our beach home: Smart TV's, high speed wireless internet, and cable TV. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need including pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, coffee cups, wine glasses, microwave, stove, toaster, bbq pit, Keurig K-cup and regular coffee makers, blender, grilling tools, and much more. The property is fenced and the deck includes 2 latched gates for added security and safety of your little ones. All linens, towels and bedding are included in each room. You will need to provide your own beach towels and beach chairs, as we do not allow ours to leave the property or be taken to the beach. While some of the items listed below may be available for your use, you should definitely plan to bring the following: charcoal, lighter fluid, umbrellas, beach chairs, tents, mosquito spray for yourself and even the yard, beach toys, beach towels, bottled water (don't drink the water!), soap, shampoo and conditioner, paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, toothepaste, washing detergent (if more is needed), and flashlights.

Wonderful stay!
We were four couples with children all under 4. The house was well equipped for kids, had a stocked kitchen, and was an easy few steps from the beach. It was everything we were looking for.
A few things we especially appreciated: good outdoor shower/hosing setup, baby gate available in the house, charcoal grills outside, gated patio, outlet covers.
A few minor things we noted: not much available cutlery (we’d brought our own plasticware so no affect on us), one room had an open area to downstairs (covered by shades) making it pretty loud for the baby there.
Overall beautiful, clean house with everything we needed.

Our family enjoyed our stay but a few things need repair and the outside siding needs washing. First floor bathtub faucet needs attention to work correctly. Stains on ceiling in the living room, and the front door is swollen and rubs. The decks were great with chairs to sit in to enjoy the view of the water. The air conditioning kept the house cold. Ample supply of kitchen dishes, pots and pans and utensils but the kitchen table was very sticky. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. We would consider staying there again if these minor changes and repairs were made.

The location to beach was amazing!! I was a little disappointed in the house. Pictures looked different. Definitely needs to be painted and toilets and showers need to be cleaned from stains. Overall we all had a great time and made great memories. Thanks again.😀

Great location, easy beach access. Plenty of room for my family (8 adults, 3 children). Big deck overlooking beach with latches on gates so 1 year old grandson could roam all he wanted. Only problem we had was the dishwasher didn’t do a good job of cleaning but we just hand washed everything wasn’t that big of deal would definitely rent again

The property was just OK. Not worth the price.
The pictures need to be updated this property is not newly renovated. Hammock was rusted in place and 4 inches off the ground. The small table and chairs pictured not on property. There was a Broken Liquid Candle holder attached to the table where a umbrella would've been nice to have. The deck is not new and there are boards missing/Gap from the lower level ramp. There are Rusty Screws protruding from the outdoor shower that my grand baby stepped on. The Walkway is advertised as private however is shared with the neighbor. There is no under patio swing as showing in the pictures and the sand box is far from full of sand to play in. The outside plastic chairs downstairs are all cracked and weathered our daughter sat in one and it broke on both sides she hit her head hurt her back and was stabbed by the back arm portion of the chair. The tiles and grout in the front door area are all broke and shift when you walk on them. The listing say's there are 3 bathrooms which is also false as 1 of them was just a small spot under the stairs with a toilet and sink no shower. All toilets very rusty. House smelled of mold & mildew. Ceiling had spots on it where it had leaked and there was rust and thick dust all around the ceiling vents in every room. The coffee pot had almost 1/4 of an inch of dust on it. Not sure why we are paying for the cleaning fee if it is not being cleaned. Knifes very dull utensils in kitchen covered in rust

This house had plenty of room for 9 adults. We loved the proximity to the beach. We did have to go buy toilet paper, but it’s not the end of the world. Also, bring a mosquito repellent if you plan to be outdoors.

This home is very spacious and cozy! I have all teenagers in a blended family and this home was perfect for us. Plenty of patio space below and 2 beautiful decks for great views! I'd definitely stay again. 😊

Very clean, well furnished and plenty of space. Weather was cold so we all mostly stayed inside. Storm blew off underside eve panel hitting one of the cars. Stairs are old and very slippery when wet. Overall, great stay. Would recommend a good power wash outside and ceiling under house.

The house has a great location close to restaurants and right on the beach. We took many walks up and down the beach and could watch the kids play from the deck. The rooms are laid out great for a group with more than one family. We had all we need to have a fantastic weekend.

Spacious, cozy, convenient beach fun!
We are a group of three families with small children, and this was a wonderful house for a beach weekend. With the beach just down the walkway, it was as easy as it gets getting little kids out there. There are two convenient foot rinses and a full shower to get clean on the way back. And the porch is super relaxing for people-watching and enjoying the sea breezes. This is a great rental property for families!

Family vacation
My sister and her family vacation with us each summer and there are 12 in our group. We had a wonderful stay at the house enjoying the close walk to the beach, short drive to restaurants and relaxing on the 2 decks listening to the ocean. Beautiful home with everything you need for your stay. Great contact with the owner and would definitely recommend for your next family trip!

Great floor plan
The home had a very nice floor plan and lovely decor. Our beds were comfortable. Probably no space in the house, but a second fridge would have helped with 12 people and meals for several days. We enjoyed both decks and the lovely ocean breeze.
