Where is centrally located? And the host was really really kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend anyone else who would want a place in Las Palmas to pick this one over the rest. The level of customer service was exceptional

The apartment is very cute and has everything you need. The location is amazing! Close to nightlife and 1 minute away from the beach. Totally recommend it!!!!

Sleep quality: A special mention goes to the bed, truly excellent and comfortable. I slept very well.
The location: The hotel is situated in a strategic and convenient spot for getting around.
The human touch: The staff proved to be kind and helpful throughout my stay.
Expectations vs. Reality: Although the hotel uses the word "Suite" in its name, the room did not meet the standards of a suite in terms of space or features. Furthermore, the overall atmosphere felt much duller and gloomier than what was depicted in the photos online.
Digital Communication: I would suggest relying less on automated messages. They feel very impersonal and clash with the genuine kindness shown by the staff in person.
