Firstly booking the property was simple and quick and communication with the host was seamless. On arrival we parked in our designated spot, instructions on how to access the property was spot on and easy to follow. The property was light, airy and bigger than expected with an amazing view. It was quiet and lovely, when we left the property we met the hosts who were lovely. We would definitely stay again, Instow is small and slow paced so great for a relaxing break.

Excellent professional, friendly owners, bed was like sleeping on a cloud, everything you needed in the property including extra gifts like biscuits, wine, tea, fresh coffee. Met on arrival and given information regarding area. Was able to contact owners so easily if we had any questions. Property had beautiful and old comfortable furniture and really felt like had come home at night. Beautiful garden and easy access to the town and other attractions.
Maybe a fire stick to access music etc but not a complaint, more so a suggestion
