A once quaint carriage house built in 1923, has transformed over the decades to a large spacious home!
This unique house is located in the historic district of downtown Sanford. Only minutes to downtown Sanford, 10 minutes from the Orlando Sanford International Airport, 1-5 miles to major highways.
The front patio is very spacious with a table, chairs and hammock to relax in. Surrounded by large trees, you feel like you are camping in the city.
The living space is one large great room with a beautiful farmhouse table that can fit 10 people comfortably. There is a home theater set up with a 60" curved 4K smart TV and 4K DVD player.. Live TV, Netflix, Disney+, and a collection of DVD movies are available for you to use.
There’s a music nook with a piano, record player and records.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully stocked with coffee maker, electric tea kettle, toaster, plenty of pots and pans.
The Rose Room:
The master bedroom has a king sleep number bed. French doors lead from the bedroom onto a large screened in porch. The master bathroom has a large Jacuzzi bathtub and walk in shower.
The Dogwood Room:
The 2nd bedroom has a queen sized day bed and full size trundle bed. The room is stocked with board games and toys.
The Tulip Room:
The 3rd bedroom has a king size bed and a desk.
Tree Top Suite
A guest suite is attached to the house with it's own private entrance. It's one bedroom with a queen size bed, attached full bath and has a kitchenette.

Great location, close to lots of restaurants and bars. House was clean and has lots of room. The beds were so comfortable, And the house had a lot of charm. I would recommend staying here if you are looking to go to Sanford

Really cute cottage with charming eclectic style. Stayed with two adults and four teens and everyone had plenty of space with comfortable sleeping. Would absolutely stay again!

Place was amazing, very well equipped home. Eclectic style with a mix of old Florida home meets modern amenities. Beds are very comfy, house is nice and spacious. Has an in law sweet great for anyone needing some privacy in your group. Host is very helpful, area is nice and only 30 minutes from Orlando, Frloida springs and many other things to do. Down the street from downtown Sanford which is beautiful and has many parks and a vast lake to see. Highly recommend to stay here.
