Everything was very clean, comfortable and the front desk staff was very helpful.
Wasn’t impressed with the bartender at all. No glass or orange slice offered with the blue moon that myself and the lady next to me ordered which is customary. Just a warm bottle with no coaster. When asked if he knew anything about the red wine selection he rudely stated that he was out of three of the choices and didn’t know much of anything about the others. His pants and shoes were dirty and seemed to be bothered that we were even there. We had one drink and went to the double trees hotel for dinner and drinks. The rest of the hotel was honestly above our expectations and we’ll be staying there again we’ll just make sure to see who’s working the bar before visiting that area again.

Clean, modern, and bright. Bed slept well. Provided breakfast was ok, coffee was good. Very close to Peña Train station so it made it convenient to take the train from the airport. Convenient bus back to airport

Our room was spacious
When we arrived there was a sewer smell all throughout the lobby floor. Then the first night we slept the kids found a fake eyelash on the sofa bed. The breakfast on both the days were mediocre, not a lot of options and were not replenished along with coffee so there was a lot of waiting around. The breakfast sitting area looks big but it was not big enough for the guests forcing my family with two littles to sit at the bar. Which made it difficult for us to enjoy our meal. The staff never came to clean our room we were there for two nights with overflowing trash in the room. We also had to pay for parking wished the staff would have informed us that we could have parked on the street for free. Oh well. Next time will not be returning.
