Well-located, comfortable room w/ all amenities but it's very new and I'd guess that the other Holiday Inn at DEN has more experience and a reliable shuttle service.
If you have trouble with the HI shuttle, you may use the Parking Spot shuttle that arrives right behind the hotel.
Very nice but inexperienced staff. Airport shuttle service was very poorly managed. I’d sent them my arrival time the day before, got an auto reply to phone once there which I did many times but no one picked up. After close to an hour, their van happened to arrive because they had a drop-off, no notification that a guest was waiting. After the fact, it seemed my complaint to Booking was how they knew I’d been waiting.
The driver and staff were very nice but it's poorly managed

I think the shuttle for the airport should run more frequent instead of every 45 min

Paying extra for parking and breakfast when it free most everywhere except here.
