Awful customer service

Room was large location was great

customer service was awful. They didn't work with us at all. They double charged our room, didn't refund us when I said I didn't want to stay here anymore and the pool was down even though when I booked the room the pool was available and they didn't even contact us to let us know and give us a refund. It was a family vacation stop. The whole reason we even rented the hotel for the night is for the pool.

狭かった事とソファベッドが非常に残念ではあったが、それ以外は概ね満足。　Home2はこれからも利用すると思う。

モダンでおしゃれ、キッチンあり、備え付けのシャンプーなどはとても良かった。コンセントも沢山あり。　冷蔵庫も大きく、電子レンジも大きく新しく助かった。　この辺りの配慮は素晴らしくもう少し長期滞在でも設備的には対応できるのは良いが、部屋のサイズが家族には狭く長期滞在には不向き。ブラインドが完全遮光性で全体的に大体において静かで安眠できた。　引き出しなど収納も充分。

以前別のHome2に宿泊した時よりも狭かった。スイートなのに残念。備え付けのソファベッドが非常に古く寝心地も悪く、最後は元通りソファーに戻せず大変がっかりした。今後の改善点として細かな点をあげると、ソファベッド用の掛け布団がなかった、ディッシュウォッシャーに洗った後の物が入りっぱなしだった、　シャワージェルが補充されていなかったなど。部屋の清掃係のチェックリストなどを設ける事をお勧め。個人的にはクロゼットが玄関にある方がいいと思う。

Not a big fan of the breakfast, but the rest of my family was very satisfied. Location was great, parking was splendid. Would definitely stay again.

Best hotel we have stayed in in a long time. I will seek it out intentionally in the future.

We liked how clean everything was and how spacious the room was. Huge amount of storage for clothes etc., normal size fridge. Excellent set up at this hotel. Breakfast was better than expected too. My husband is gluten free so often there aren't options for him, but the eggs etc. made it possible. Good location, near dining places, shops, anything you could need. Overall, GREAT hotel!

The only thing I would change is having cooking ability in the unit. We had a kitchenette and could borrow a hot plate and pan to cook from the front desk, but it would have been nice to already have it in the room. Since my husband has a gluten allergy sometimes it is easier to be able to cook our own meals in the room. Home2 Suites provides the means, just would be nicer if it were already in the room.

Stay met my standards.

I would stay here again!

I didn't like the room rates provided by booking.com and I will never use the website ever again. I could have saved $40/night if I had booked directly with the hotel. And after my 11 night stay I would have saved nearly $500.00 including taxes and fees.

Would never stay again

I like the location. Close to a mall and a lot of restaurants stores and shopping.

The room was humid and bad ventilation. Not good for a family of 4.

Comfortable bed , good front desk

Room did not smell fresh, tile floor felt sticky, not many breakfast choices and the ones that should have been hot were lukewarm at best

Ok but not worth the money

The service staff were excellent. The facility location is outstanding. It is in the center of the shopping and dinning for Beaver Creek.

The breakfast was poor at best. Booking.com did not communicate the reservation to the hotel and I spend 20-30 minutes getting this fixed.

Great staff! Very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was like going to a restaurant. The pool is open late enough to go to dinner then have a swim with the kids. And the gym here is excellent.

I don't really have a dislike for the hotel or staff.

This property is our go-to when we stop for a night as we travel to and from the East coast. Clean, great location, comfortable beds, we feel safe, and the rooms are spacious.

It was up to standard for the kids and husband an me

It was a bed to sleep in, and that’s all that mattered at the end of the day.

it was in a good location for us and they accepted pets

I got it dropped on me that there was a $100 pet fee, which is okay, but was never mentioned during booking. Then when we got to our room, there was someone else’s hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor like it hadn’t been cleaned properly. the sinks also had a lot of scum around the faucets.

it was a fun trip, amazing and very beautiful!

it was really nice very clean everywhere you were at. it was also pretty close to our destination where we were going to drift which was amazing!!!

there isn’t much that i can say about not liking anything on the property. it had a nice outside patio with a fire place and a grille like that’s super nice!!!

It was beautiful spacious and clean looking.

There was a strong smell of wet dog & trash in the lobby elevator & in one of our rooms. I'm assuming they were moping the floor with dirty water since there were wet floor signs out.

The bedding on the pull out couch was dirty, but the front desk made it right.

dissatisfied with this location.

rooms have kitchenette and sitting area/spacious.

limited breakfast options. when I went down at 8:30 on a weekend, almost nothing available. staff was overall not kind. preoccupied with there own things rather than making customer first. water container provided In lobby was warm every time except once had ice. liked centerville location much better. pillows had no support, bed was too soft and woke up with back ache. bathroom hardware looked stained and worn.
