I stay here once a month for business trips and am never disappointed. It is incredibly clean, the breakfast is great, coffee is always available, and the staff is courteous. I won't stay anywhere else in Beavercreek.

Hotel staff was super friendly. Check in and out was super easy. Did have an incident where i was charged by both hotels.com and the hotel, but contacted the hotel and got a response quickly and was refunded quickly as well. Overall it was a great hotel. Breakfast was great. Close to many shops and fairfield commons mall.

The stay was good. We lost the power about 6:30 am, but the staff was very friendly and accommodating with the guests.

The hotel itself was nice. My main issue was that I had left a birthstone necklace that my daughter had given me for Christmas. I didn’t realize til we were several hours away and called them immediately. They were able to describe the necklace to ME and told me they had found it and would ship it to me. Took my credit card info and everything. 1 week later, nothing. So I called. She said they try and ship everything at once. So I said that was fine and waited another week. Still nothing. Called again and she said they were going to ship it. A week later and STILL nothing. Called AGAIN and the girl said she was going to talk to her manager and make sure it ships. It’s been 4 weeks. I gave them almost a full month with 3-4 different phone calls and still no necklace. So I’m assuming they stole it being that they knew exactly what it looked like and 4 weeks later I’ve yet to receive it.

It took several resets of the key card to get into the room. Coffee maker didn't work. You would think, for the price, that things would be in working order. Otherwise, the staff was great & the room was clean

The staff members were great. The room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. It was great for a quick weekend visit to WSU.

It was a great stay. The room was clean smelled fresh. Bed was comfy, though I’d say maybe get firmer pillows. Overall I had an excellent sleep & delightful stay. I highly recommend staying here. Breakfast was okay just wish they offered scrambled eggs. Great place to stay

The property was nice, but no pool access was a negative point for a newer hotel that advertised this amenity. Also, the tv(s) were not functional with our media which was a negative. The breakfast was good though. I usually stay with a competitor, so unsure of how I will proceed.

Check into my room and after I get into the room I notice I am in the incorrect type of room. When I went to the front deck, they informed me they changed my room without letting me know and gave us a 1 king bed for 4 guests. Because the hotel is sold out the best the could offer is duvet inserts so two of the guests can sleep on the floor. Completely unacceptable to change a room reservation without checking with the guests first to make sure the change is okay or will accommodate them.

Our stay was not bad, however after returning back to the hotel about 3 am, we went to use the couch bed and upon opening it, we found small bugs on the mattress. We called he front desk who at first said they didn’t jave any extra mattresses, then she called back and said we would have to move to a new room. We declined moving because I had five children with me and we would have to pack up everything and move to another room at 3 am. The clerk said she would provide a credit to balance instead. The morning of checkout I was told by the manager that no discount could be applied and there was nothing that he could do about it.

We checked in and were put in a room that smelled horrible and next (or beneath) to a group of very loud ladies. They continued to slam doors and drawers and carry on loud conversations until 4 am. When we tried to set the HVAC to ON (for the fan noise) at around 11 pm, we discovered the smell was coming from there. I swear someone must have urinated in the HVAC. It was intolerable and we had to shut it off. So we had to sweat all night with noise.

Great place to stay in the area, off the main road in beavercreek. Was a solid stay jo complaints, happy it had smart tv, microwave, and fridge. My only complaint was the water pressure was one of the worst I have ever experienced, not sure if just my room , but was really bad.

The hotel was very clean and had a delicious breakfast (better than most hotel breakfasts!). Stan checked us in, he was super nice and when I needed a document printed, he printed for me. Definitely will stay there again when we visit our kids in Dayton.

My kids liked the pancake machine at breakfast, as well as the cinnamon rolls. Our room had a small refrigerator, but I was surprised to not have a freezer compartment inside. The hotel was clean. The pool area is small, so it was LOUD when packed with kids.

Room was clean, lobby was clean. Friendly desk service. Pool was clean. Breakfast was the same thing the 3 nights we were there, that would be the only thing I would complain about. But overall a good place and would stay again.

Beavercreek holiday inn express is located in a great location near shopping centers and restaurants. The hotel was clean and welcoming. I appreciate the staff that made sure I had a pleasant visit. The only issue I had was that my neighbor next door had a huge german shepered and my Mom was terrified when she walked right into them.

It was a great place to stay. Kendra, at our check-in was delightful. She was very helpful at recommending a place to eat. Our room was clean and smelled fresh. I have absolutely no complaints. Our breakfast was excellent and the women serving the food were friendly and helpful. Overall it was pleasant visit to Dayton, OH.

We did not have the best experience here. Check-in was delayed even though we were there after 3 pm. First room had a faint mildew smell. We had a maintenance issue. Toilet was slow draining. Called front desk and two hours later..still no one show up. Called again and lady said someone would come up to our room. 15 mins later, found out her co-worker had left a plunger outside our room. No knock on door or anything to let us know. We try to fix the slow drain but still it didnt work. Called front desk and no anwer at all. Went down to complain. Found out - front desk lady is the only one on site now. No maintenance person onsite. This was around 6 or 7 pm.
She said, she didnt have anyone to call. Had to complain to get a room change. Not the level of service we were expecting here for paying $200/night. This hotel was more expensive than surrounding hotels but we chose it because of the good reviews and was expecting better service

Property and area was great. Staff was good too. Only thing is communication in room and what is offered example breakfast hours. Slamming of doors, was unsettling at times.
