Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful recommending places to eat nearby. I can't think of a time I've had a bad stay at a Marriott.
No breakfast included. If I recall correctly, the water pressure was not the best.

It was a nice hotel and the bed was comfortable. A plus that there was a Sam’s Club and Walmart right across the street.
On Booking.com. It says you can purchase a breakfast for $10 per person which made me think there was a buffet breakfast you could purchase but when we got up it’s just a price per item type breakfast. I think the cheapest thing was like $12. And the response from the hotel was lacking regarding the breakfast confusion and the fact that the pool was absolutely freezing even for a heated pool. I understand it has to be at a certain temperature, but I’ve been in hotels with pools that were way more comfortable. I mean, we couldn’t even get in past our knees before it was too cold. I doubt we would stay here again because of not providing breakfast, which most hotels do automatically and the pool.

The location was great. We were there for a high school function and the location worked very well, There were a lot of food choices located nearby. Our room had a balcony, which I loved. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again if back in the same area.
There was some construction going on at the hotel. It did not cause any real problems or issues though.

location was great
bathroom had hair everywhere which was later determined to be from the 3rd floor maid. because after we cleaned it up we asked for a towel change and when she left the floor was covered with it again.
