Everything was great the staff was friendly everything was clean the beds were clean and soft no bugs or anything the pool is indoor and very nice it stays open until 10pm. They serve hot breakfast both times i went there was different meat either bacon or sausage with eggs and they have two waffle machines and cereal and yogurt and fruit so my children and i got to eat with no issues they are very picky so that was a plus! The plaza that it is in is very convenient there are plenty of restaurants and shopping maybe 2 minutes walking and close to my child's school
I didnt like that i had to leave lol it honestly is really was very convenient and pleasant

The tv in the room did not work. When I attempted to call the front desk for extra towels and to explain the tv not working, the person at the desk continuously disconnected the call claiming they couldn't hear anything.

I really liked how clean our room was, that's my biggest thing staying somewhere. The beds were pretty comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. We had no problem with noise from other guests and the air worked great.
The pool says it's heated but it's clearly broken or something because the water was freezing. We had to take our own trash out due to the cleaning policy, not a biggie but still.

I love the lady who is there at check-in about 6pm Thursday 25th 2026. She was very pleasant, respectable, helpful and always in good spirits. I wish she could have been there every day all the time. She is a A+ staff member.
The staff member who was there at checkout Sunday, June 28, 2026 9:10 AM. She was one of the worst staff members ever. She was extremely rude to not only myself but also a lot of the kids that were staying there for sports events. She was also extremely unprofessional. Talking to guess about her own personal business right along with hotel guest personal business. She was also cussing in the lobby, taking personal phone calls, and smoking cigarettes right in front of the entrance door.
