TRU by Hilton was , sorry to say, better in Corpus Christi

Snacks were readily available for purchase, but had to go looking for the front personnel clerk. I also did this when I arrived. Loved the lounging area.

Breakfast was over too early. I didn't know until I asked "why I didn't have clean towels the following day". It would be good to let the customers know that housekeeping doesn't show up, unless one requests it. My phone was not functional either to let them know that I needed towels, so had to call the front desk using my phone.

Won’t stay again

Pillows and bed not comfortable. Low water pressure in the shower.

I have stayed here before and it was great for the price the first time I stayed. Bed was comfy and perfect sized room.

The first night the mini fride kept making this weird knocking noise. No big deal. The shower water pressure sucked but at least I could shower after a 12 hour drive. Saturday morning I go to get in the shower and there is less water pressure but I got in anyways. Then it just stopped. No water at all and I had an appointment that I couldn't be late for. When I went to the front desk no one was there and I couldn't just wait around. When I got back that night I was too mentally exhausted to deal with it. I tried to take another shower and it had limited waterpressure but I just wanted to go to bed. When I tried to shower on Sunday again almost zero water pressure. I gave up. Also the toilet would constantly run if you didn't manually reset the flusher. I paid extra this time for an upgrade and this was ridiculous. When checking out I was told they couldn't do anything about the price but would give me a discount If I stayed again. Totally not cool especially for the price I paid.

Horario solo 3 hrs de desayuno 6 a 9 y que pedimos un bote de agua y no la cobraron, se estába infiltrando el agua x el piso del cuarto, y la puerta lateral de salida tenía rebabas y me corte, le comente al personal de alli

Jamais je n’y retournerai

Ils m’ont chargé 2 fois la chambre et j’ai tenté de communiquer avec la manager à 3 reprises et elle n’a jamais répond à mes courriels

TERRIBLE!!!!

Yall basically took my money and i didn’t even get to stay there? I got banned for trespassing AFTER paying for the room. Just unacceptable! Wanting to file a motion for a civil suit for discrimination and prejudice for being African American! Piss poor service!!!

La limpieza, la atención del personal y el desayuno está muy bien

Que piden un deposito de 25 dólares, solo que esta vez me dieron la opción de pagarlos en efectivo y al día siguiente me los devolvieron, pero la primera vez que me alogue en septiembre 2023 no me dieron esa opción y lo hice con la tarjeta que hice la reserva con y nunca me los regresaron.

Overall it was great and the staff member this morning took care of the mixup and we weren’t charge.

The comfort of the room and friendliness of staff.

We were told we were going to be charged again.

Thanks for making my family stay so awesome!!!

I have stayed a couple of times here because the staff makes you feel at home. This was my kids first time staying here and loved that it was cleaned. They want to continue making a reservation for the next time traveling to Edinburgh. Thank you front staff for the extra items we ask with no problems getting it. Thank you!!!

Our home away from home

Always clean! We have stayed here 3 times now and it doesn't disappoint. Close to main road, but not noisy, friendly service, and clean! Good morning coffee.

All good on my end. My husband would have liked a better breakfast bar.

Probably would not stay again

Staff was wonderful, very helpful with tips for good restaurants in the areas and 5hings to do.

Our stay was from a Wednesday February 8th - 11th. On the 9th and 10th we requested the room be refreshed with towels, bathroom cleaned, trash emptied and not one time did our room get cleaned. Very disappointed in that.

good if you like IKEA type decor but doesn’t feel warm and welcoming.

was very clean, staff was great. loved some of the ways it is more efficient with soap in dispensaries.

room was quite small. bedding was subpar. didn’t love the IKEA type decor. lobby felt too much like walking into a kindergarten classroom
