Gorgeous interior. Bedroom large, very comfy bed, nice shower. Tea etc available.
The tv came on and we could not shut it off 😩. The quiche at breakfast had a ton of salt in it, probably a mistake 😶

Host & staff were great!!!! The happy hour drinks & breakfast was amazing! The character of the home was rich & interesting. We liked the location & walking around the neighborhood.
Unfortunately, the a/c did not work in our room. It stayed humid, sticky & hot so much so that we did not sleep well. The a/c unit that was added along with the fans helped but not enough. The a/c unit cut off Monday morning because it was full & needed to be emptied. We did not empty we decided to leave early instead.

I loved the breakfast. It was the first time I had Eggs Benedict & it was delicious. My husband enjoyed the French toast. The people that helped us check in were very nice and polite. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the evening. It's a beautiful home & we'll stay again when we are in town.
We were in room #6 on the top floor. The bottles of shampoo, conditioner & soap need to be raised. You can't access them because they're too close to the top of the tub & need labels. The shower curtain needs a little more work because it doesn't really work well.

Reminded me of the home I grew up in.
I had a 8:30 am meeting. I was offered to leave my bags in an open office that I’m assuming was secure. A couple who checked in after me was offered to leave their luggage in the room they were staying in until they were ready to pick them up. My room was small. I stayed there one night. It wasn’t gonna take much to clean my room before check in. I thought it was puzzling at the least that a couple who checked in after me was allowed to occupy a room with their luggage and I was instructed to bring my over night bag out of my room.
