This property is clean, cozy, and quiet. It is located on Post Office Street, between the cruise terminals and the University of Texas medical school which is very advantageous. This is a beautiful historic district. As funny as it sounds, the floors do not squeak at all like some historic properties tend to do. The common area downstairs is quite relaxing, including a view out of the front windows right into the last century.
There was not much to dislike about this. It was simply a solid stay and a good sleep.

Quiet, and felt safe staying there. Close to the Strand where we spent most of our time. Loved the porch where we drank our morning coffee. We were able to park our big truck iut front on the street. WE were always checked on via text to see if we needed anything and how our stay was going. 🙂🙂🙂
