Easy to forget winter when staying in Tami’s wonderful house on a wonderful island in SW Florida with 75 and Sunny as the consistent daily forecast! House, location, weather and communication with Tami were wonderful. Being there so soon after Hurricane Ian was a concern I had. Happy to say that the house is so well built that it had very little damage compared to so many other homes I saw on and off the island. Very comfortable, clean and up to date. Thank you Tami! I hope I will be able to return next winter. I look forward to seeing the landscape redo! Terrence

Once we were on the island, you could not tell it was spring break on the the mainland... the beaches and water way were wide open and quiet, and no traffic. We loved seeing the dolphins and fishing off the dock. Per the home owner, we could use any of the many numbered “private beach” access points along the island that are for island homeowners. It was a very short and enjoyable golf card ride to the beach or out for ice cream everyday. Just tell the guys at the resort gate you are trying to get to coconuts or the restaurant, and they will point you in the right direction. We added a book of ferry passes to our stay (the more you buy the cheaper they get) so the teens could come and go back to civilization as much as they pleased. The whole property was such a comfy, casual, relaxing chunk of fresh air, we voted it one of the best vacations in years. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us, Tami!

Very nice roomy house accurately described. We loved our 5 day stay! The location is fabulous for walking to the beach or kayaking/paddle boarding from the pier. We walked to the southern tip of Little Gasparilla and back along the beach...roughly 5 hours round trip (including shark tooth hunting)! We paddle boarded as well as kayaked every morning. SUP Englewood was amazing to rent from...they delivered the kayaks to our pier. We saw dolphins several times next to the kayaks. My fav kayak trip was through the narrow mangrove tunnel just south of the last piers on the west side of Kettle Harbor and north of Rambler Hole. The house has a beautiful kitchen full of amenities. We shopped at Costco and Winn Dixie before crossing the ferry, so we were prepared to cook and grill. Did get ice cream at Coconuts tho! We did run out of toilet paper and the golf cart would not charge one evening, but a quick call rectified everything! Don't miss out on this sweet spot!

Loved the pier facility
Loved the pier facility
Our #1 priority was the pier. It was new and lit. There was water and electricity at the pier. Very happy with the pier. It was a short boat ride to the marina. The house was clean and as described. Only disappointment was the view. It was almost “commercial”. But our priority was the pier facility. Including the golf cart was huge. It was a walk to the pier and the golf cart was very helpful. Also used the golf cart every day to go to the beach. Also used it for “rides” around the island. All in all we were happy with our stay.

I am writing this review on the way back home from a fantastic month at this palm island home. It’s hard to list all the things we enjoyed during our stay. The beds are comfy, the house is very clean ,the furniture updated, the kitchen well stocked and the great room is so spacious, The sliding glass door to the screened in porch slide all the way back so when they are open the porch feels like an extension of the great room .We spent many hours on the dock fishing and our kids loved the paddle boards. The owners have left little touches like tons of beach towels and firewood for the fireplace. But the biggest plus about the rental is the golf cart! It’s a game changer. Half the fun of being on the island is riding around in the golf cart and I know of no other rental that includes a golf cart. We had a great time carting our grandkids around the island in it. The owner was very friendly and quick to respond o any needs or questions we had. This was our first time on Palm Island and we fell in love with it the beaches are pristine and seem to go on forever . Having a restaurant on the island is really fun and convenient. We found ourselves there frequently for a drink or dinner. I wouldn’t hesitate a minute to enthusiastically recommend renting this beautiful home.
