Everything except what is mentioned below the caregivers were excellent.
You didn't provide blankets in the room and your air-conditioning and floor heating was not working.

The house is a magnificent property with everything you could need. We stayed with three other families and had a wonderful time. We did not run short on anything in terms of kitchen apparatus, Ice, Braai equipment, games, pool. Great stay!

Luxury was amazing!!! Every detail was pure luxury.
Hot water for all visitors to shower or bath.
Most of the bath props were not working and the water leaked out.

The house is huge and beautiful. It is fully equipped.
The live-in staff were friendly and made our stay very comfortable.
The house is not located in Zebula Golf Resort so it's a little inconvenient to access the convenience store or restaurant.
