Horrible, left one day early because of all the problems

No hot water No lights No air conditioning Poor mattrasses and bedding Cutlery old Had to get the cleaning ladies number from security to gain access Spider webs

its a beautiful house once renovations are done, and upgraded

the set up

the property needs renovations and repairs,eg aircon not working No extra blankets,No big pots for a group like other houses we ended going to borrow from friends.Tv doesn’t work and also too old not smart not forgetting No Wi-Fi etc

The golf course.

The neighbors are too close and the music from a rural nightclub played from Sunday night till early Monday morning.

Disappointing

lay-out, braai area and swimming pool

They didn’t have our booking at the gate, no arrangements were made for key collection, no basics like coffee or tea in rooms, no wifi. showers flooded entire bathroom, cupboards were dirty and had broken debris in. guest toilet in main area didn’t work.

Peacefull golf and bush experience, will go again!

Room and bedrooms were good as was the patio, pool and boma. Good contact with the housekeeper - was very useful.

Wi-fi would have been good and seemed to be available next door... More details about the reserve would have been nice if you haven't visited before.

It was good, but not great.

The place had great views of the bush. There was a golf course and a clubhouse in the estate. Unit 9 house was very spacious and also had DSTV. The dirt roads weren't terrible as they usually are in places like this. We did have fun but there is really nothing to do besides play golf or go to the Clubhouse which is extremely expensive!

The location was far from everything, the clubhouse was only open for the first two days of our 5 day stay as they closed for new years eve and new years day. There were very few animals in the estate compared to other wildlife estates I have been to. Two of the rooms weren't great, as it had a bed and a bathroom, no nightstands to put anything on and the cupboards smelt terrible. As for the cleaning staff, the first lady we had was not great, she literally washed the mop in the kitchen sink after washing all the floors, when washing the floors she didn't even have a bucket full of soapy water.... There were also cockaroaches in the rooms and kitchen. The second lady we had was great she cleaned everything very well. We then didn't have any cleaning staff for new years eve and new years day as well. They also did not change our towels, we had to use the same towels for the whole stay, which wasn't great because it was raining most of the time and the towels weren't drying at all, luckily we had brought extra towels. Furthermore, they didn't give us any more toilet paper than what we had when we arrived, thank goodness 3 family members had brought extra otherwise we wouldn't have had toilet paper either.... One of the rooms had no blinds or curtains in the bathroom, which is usually not so bad in the bush, but it isn't great when that bathroom faces the driveway of the main house and when the cleaning and pool staff come they could literally see you showering...

Good

It's a beautiful place. The aircons were working this time. The place was cleaned daily. The pool was clean. Views are breath taking. Extremely private. I loved that there were animals outside all day. Good facilities. It's in close proximity (30 mins drive) to warmbaths resort. Beautiful club house and reception. Definitely a good choice for couples or a group.

The towels weren't changed even though we were a big group staying for 5 days. Considering the size of the group there were only two very small pots. Our bathroom flooded due to a burst pipe. Shower was blocked also. The tv is very old. No wifi

Venue is stunning

Breakfast was delicious

Beds were very hard, they also had a lot of bugs in the beds and bedding which made the kids refuse to sleep in their room or Beds. They slept on the couches.

Wanted to iron our clothes but there was no iron, called a guy by the name of Lawrence who we were told was the host, he rudely said we should iron our clothes in Johannesburg. Secondly the pots were too small to cook for booked occupancy

Bedding not clean in some of the rooms and blankets had a really bad smell. Couch and chairs very dirty as well

Golf fantastic, venue fantastic, gate and reception fantastic, restaurant and related staff useless

Restaurant was said to close at 5, actually closed at 3:30. When we asked what other options there were for food, we were told to go to a place down the road that was closed. This meant we had chips and sweets for my birthday dinner!!!

Firstly, the venue never answered their calls from date of booking until date of arrival. As a result when we got to the gate we struggled just to get the keys the facility and pool not clean. they were not expecting us as per the lady who came on the eve we were leaving. All she said was booking.com did not indicate that there were guest and she told us to vacate the place at 10 the next morning.

Stay was horrible

The golf course

The accommodation was not clean - bedding full of hair of previous guests, bathroom mats dirty. I am glad we booked for 1 night instead of weekend. The shower head can really be changed for less than R500,00. It was really not worth the money spent.

I’m summary, it really wasn’t what we expected. at all.

we were assured that it was a two bedroom Ed one with one room with a king sized bed. instead both rooms had. this set for a very uncomfortable stay for us a couple as we slept separately all weekend. we are most pleased by this wish we had been told about the house keeping services. we except extend assurance and got none all weekend. also, it wasn’t explained in your website that the bedrooms are separate from the common areas. we prefer houses where we are don’t walk outside to get to the rooms.

This place is most definitely not worth the money they charge rather look at other houses in the estate which are nicer

the estate itself is beautiful but that’s all that is pleasing.

The house isn’t worth the money they charge at all. firstly they speak of Wi-Fi in the description only to find that they do not have. the bedrooms are separated from the main house so you have to leave the house to get to bedrooms. there were so many leaks in this house, one of the showers floods when using it, the sink has a leak and most of the locks on the doors are faulty and you are told to lock doors as there has been some break ins in the estate.

Beautiful scenery, animals and lovely golf course.

Unit wasn’t cleaned properly and cleaning lady left very early every day which meant that the unit wasn’t cleaned till the next morning Limited food options which also closed quite early Bedding was not clean and wasn’t changed upon arrival, required for us to change it ourselves No Aircorn remotes Not much entertainment for the kids

Nice location, but too expensive for what you get.

Cuttlery can be upgraded, steak knifes blades were loose and cannot be used. Last bedroom's bathroom needs serious maintenance as it looks like the bathroom were under water from the roof. Only one extra blanket available for both bedrooms. Honestly think the units is overpriced.
