The venue was awesome we enjoyed our stay and there’s was value for money .
Can they put up a clear signage at the entrance it’s easy to miss it with the roadworks happening.

Simon and Chef Lindi were the best, knows how to cater for guests.
I booked a 90 minutes spa session and my husband a 60 minutes session due to personal preferences. We waited for our session 30 minutes prior and we were only assisted 20 minutes later than the time we were supposed to start. The lady tried to convince me to change the package I chose to suit their poor planning which I refused. They were very unprofessional. Instead of my session finishing at a certain time they ended it before the time it was supposed to. When we reported the matter to their office it turns out they lied and said we were late. How were we late when there was a couple still in session and the way was closed to show there is a session in progress? We were even asked to wait at the pool area so they could prepare for us and had to be called back. The whole experience was a zero out of ten for us. During the session the masseuse just disappeared on me without a warning I had no idea where she went for a good 10 minutes I have never experienced such at spas it was horrible.
