The size of our Room, very helpful housekeeper who went above and beyond to make our stay more pleasurable.. very comfortable bed, good size TV and our room was always clean
Small sink in bathroom, lack of continuity at breakfast, attitude of some members of staff, general atmosphere, a 🙂goes a long way to improve individual perceptions. Local hiring within the bar should not affect residents. There is a dining area which could be used for breakfast and that would be better than their current arrangements.

The customer service from Lily, Justin, Sonia and Sammy was exceptional. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable welcomed and anything I needed they provided.
The Inn is very outdated. My room definitely needed a lick of paint and the cleaning could have been more thorough as there was cobwebs and in general the cleaning is very basic in there. The bed is very narrow. The blanket is also extremely narrow. The Inn is very good for short stays however.

The hotel was well situated with ample parking. On the face of it our room was good but various deficiencies become apparent over our 3 day stay. Hot water came quickly.
Food in the restaurant was very tasty and a bit different from the norm.
The room was serviced every day which was much appreciated.
My husband has mobility problems so stairs and shower over the bath were major problems.
There was only one bedside light.
Marked lack of places to hang hand towels; soap dispenser in bath gave a dribble only.
