It was centrally located to attractions and dining. Operators were attentive and kind. The vouchers for breakfast were awesome! I love the fact there was an indoor pool!

It seemed as if it was still under renovation or repair. The elevator had cardboard down as the floor. The bathtub floor in our room was kind of messed up. No iron/ironing board in the room.

Would love to stay again

The location was great, the staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. The view was great. The shower head I wanted to take home. It appears they are renovating some. The room was big. The jacuzzi was nice. Plenty of drawers and hangers.

The bathtub was rough from age, and the wall to the balcony had a crack with paint peeling a little.

Could not sleep on hard bed

Unfortunately everything was fabulous except how hard the bed was. We checked out early due to not being able to sleep comfortably. Front desk was amicable and stated they’ve had this issue before. Please fix it! We love RT but can’t handle the uncomfortable beds!

Great location and everyone was friendly. Very clean.

The beds were extremely hard and no heat or air in the first room. The pool heater was out and it was advertised as a heated indoor pool.

Our stay was great and will definitely stay here again.

The location was great, discovered a nice little breakfast /brunch spot within walking distance called the old mill pottery house. There were also a lot of different things within walking distance that we discovered and The old mill district has a lot to offer in that area. Breakfast wasn't served on the property, but they do give you a voucher for the pancake house across the street. Its only for pancakes and a drink but you can upgrade to the full buffet for $5 per person.

They have one elevator , luckily they weren't to busy so it wasn't to bad.

Better Than Expected!!!!

Room was clean with nice comfortable beds. The TV played clear. The wifi has a great signal. And the free pancake voucher was a plus at the restaurant. With the option to pay $5 to get the buffet. Savings me around $13 or more on each person. And you receive a breakfast voucher each night you stay. We enjoyed the facilities, the location and the crew that runs the place. Will stay again in the near future.

I would have liked the room to be more spacious. But not a big issue. Rather had private balconies instead of shared. But again not the worst thing.

Good Value Good location.

The lady that checked us in went out of her way to get extra pillows, they were on a different floor. Everything was clean maintained.

It was 8:00am and the people beside us left and all you could hear was the cleaning crew and it was loud. The place was great to stay, but maybe wait to start cleaning until after checkout.

Location was great. Representation of the accommodations was not accurate. Beds were comfortable.

Location was great. Was advertised as a 2 bedroom 2 bath but was actually more of a split hotel room with bathroom in between two bed areas.

The listing was misleading. Thought we were getting a 2 bedroom 2 bath but only one bathroom and not exactly a 2 bedroom.

The size of the rooms is what drew us to this place. We love that there was a door that separated us from the our other family members

We loved the hotel and would stay again on our next visit.

The Breakfast was great. The location was perfect. We loved the spacious two room suite with the fireplace and balcony.

The noise in the early hours was the only part of our stay that was annoying. The garbage trucks dumping the dumpsters around 3:30 to 4:30 am every morning at the businesses near by was extremely loud.

Wonderful worry free place to stay.

We stay at Riverside Towers almost Everytime we got to pigeon forge. Can count on the service, the cleanliness and efficiency of the property and staff. Highly recommend to everyone.

Great place to stay.

Excellent location. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Really liked there decorations for fall. Also the homey feel with sofas in different places to sit. In the summer the deck at the 3rd floor would have been great to sit and watch the traffic. Also liked the 2 bedrooms and table to sit at.

Wish the breakfast was there. But that wouldn’t stop me from staying there or recommending the hotel.
