Situated in Gulf Gate Estates, this attractive house for $324 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. 2 MILES to # 1 Beach in the America/ the world “Siesta Key Beach” & (Crescent Beach). Your own personal salt water pool home surrounded by a lush oasis awaits you! Longer term rentals welcome. THE HOME: Casa Concord is a contemporary 3 bedroom 2 bath split plan salt water pool home. The pool area is surrounded with lush landscaping creating a resort like retreat in a very quiet neighborhood. Have a fabulous getaway with family / friends. A home away from home with everything you need to relax and unwind and making lasting memories. Respecting our neighbors while you enjoy the home is a must! No loud parties or noises permitted. We ask all guests to respect our home and care for it during their stay. The split plan layout, master suite on one side and other side are two bedrooms and full bath all in a one level ranch style home. WiFi is Fios 75. 43” Roku Smart Tv and each bedroom has Roku tv no cable. The home was updated in July 2022 with new flooring of luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, patio/ pool deck resurfacing & exterior freshly painted giving the home modern look. Interior was painted Jan. 2024 BEDROOMS: The Primary suite with a luxury super comfortable king size bed with high quality bedding perfect setting for a restful nights sleep. Adjoining primary bath with a walk in shower (Supplied with shampoo /conditioner/body wash). The toilet and shower area are separate from vanity sink area. A large walk in closet for all your items. Ceiling fan, 32” TV to watch and chill in bed. The second bedroom on other side of home has a comfortable queen bed with high quality linens, ceiling fan, and 24” TV. Third bedroom has 2 pillow top twin mattresses, high quality bedding, ceiling fan, 15” TV. We also provide folding a high chair and pak & play with sheets. Perfect for littles to hang in. ENTERTAINING AREAS: The family /entertainment room has 43” Roku Smart Tv to login guest mode to watch all your subscriptions. Super comfortable couch, over sized chair, and ottoman. Two leather swivel chairs, tile floors. Gather the damp to take in a movie or favorite TV shows. DEN: Couch pulls out to a full/ queen bed. Lots of books, puzzles and some toys to entertain for hours on end if its not a pool or beach day or if you want to unplug from the rat race for a few hours! KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Dining room large table sits six comfortably for family meals together. Wine glasses & fine dishes for entertaining and holidays. Every day dining with ceramic dishes, plastic dishes, plastic glasses and glass glasses. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need to a simple snack to a feast. Kitchen is very organized which we hope each guest will maintain and respect. The stove is a glass top with a microwave above, a large compacity dish washer. We supply starter of dishwasher pods, sponge, 1 roll paper towels, dish soap. OUTSIDE POOL & PATIO AREA: The best for last the outside lanai pool area is fully screened in. The lush landscape provides a resort like feel. You'll spend your days drifting off to the suns warmth and splashes of the swimming in the pool. There’s a outside sitting area with 4 chairs and love seat to hang outside and enjoy the fresh air. For those alfresco nights there is a glass top Dining table for 6. Gas grill with all the tools to BBQ and grill your yummy meals alfresco. There are 4 lounge chairs to bask in the sunshine or take a sun siesta during the day. Pool noodles are at the home for your use. Pool towels are provided. There’s an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand or just to shower outside! BEACH SUPPLIES: We provide beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, and beach toys for your days at the beach and a wagon to pull all the stuff. We ask you don't rinse sand off in pool or items at laundry sink in garage. Please use hose on side of home or valve by outside shower to rinse off beach supplies after using or before your departure. LAUNDRY: The home has a full large compacity washer and dryer for your use. Located in the garage laundry soap provided. Please remove lint from dryer after each use for optimal operation and to prevent lint fire. OTHER INFO: Max gusts ^ county ordinance. When booking in season (February and March), you must book whole months - e.g. no mid-month to mid-month. Ask before booking if not sure. This property is only allowed to be booked once per month/30 days per county regulations. In February and March, reservations are accepted for full months only Saturday to Saturday during high season months. The home and pool are ready for you! **For the safety of our guests during the covid19 pandemic, we have self check-in with keyless smart lock. We are taking extra precautions to clean then disinfect frequently touched surfaces and launder everything after each booking. Bedding is professionally cleaned. We are following the strict cleaning protocols provided by the CDC and using Odaban disinfectant which is on their disinfecting list. All furniture is sprayed with a fabric safe Odoban disinfectant** All laundry washed in hot water and dyer. ** No pool heat during May- September** April, October & November it can be added at 175$ a week. Temperature is set at 84* temperature and weather can also effect pool temperature. If drops below 60 it can be cooler. If you decide to add pool heat I must be notified in advance if you don’t add at time if booking. The start date is on a Tuesday otherwise there’s a $50 trip fee. OTHER IMPORTANT INFO: Our home is not a hotel. We do kindly ask that as our guests treat our home as you would your own if not better. Keep a tidy and clean home. Any extra cleaning will be charged at 100$ per hour. A/C range 73-80 Heat 66-68 Pool Heat set 84 Pre approval required if you are planning on having overnight visitors not on booking to not exceed 6 max. Please let us know ahead of time who is coming and their ages and duration of stay if not on original booking. We kindly ask to not have more than a total of 10 people during day this is including the booked guests at the home during 8AM-10PM. No parties is one of our house rules. No large gatherings. We take this matter very seriously and will be pursuing your security deposit in full if this rule is broken. We can't have people outside of your approved number of guests "coming and going" For security and liability reasons. If you're planning to have a large dinner/ bbq over with anyone outside of the approved guests during your stay the Max is 10 including your group. Thank you There is no daily maid service so please pick up after yourselves. If you would like cleaning during your stay it can be added with additional fees. The lawn service comes every week in the summer months The pool service comes every week to balance the chemicals and to clean the pool for your use and enjoyment. When we experience daily torrential rain during the wet season there may be extra debris that washes into the pool through the pool cage etc., this doesn't mean it's dirty or not maintained, Or during pollen season in the spring. You may need to do extra cleaning and sweeping outside during that time. We take very good care in making sure the home is ready for your enjoyment. There can also be debris on patio after winds and rain prior to arrival we do our best to have it clean. It is outside and there can be the millipedes shells looks like dead worms on patio in rainy season they are harmless more of a nuisance. There is a skimmer net is for you to use between weekly maintenance please store under eve by tubs with net up off the ground. Do not let children play with this. We ask guests to keep water level above blue flower. Never tinker with the filtering system pool pumps or pool heater. To all our guests from around the world, we sincerely look forward to making your vacation a special one! . No overnight guests not on original booking are permitted unless prior approval from owner. Max occupancy of 6. Max of 10 people at the home from 8am-10pm and max of 3 cars during those hours. Quiet hours 10PM-8AM. Failure to comply will forfeit your reservation. There are Security cameras on outside perimeter of the home, no tampering with cameras you will be asked to leave with no refund. No refunds due to weather or acts of mother nature, power outages or dropped internet. We recommend buying travel insurance. You must agree to these prior to booking. NO Campers, RV's, Boats are allowed at/ on property or street. We found the house to be very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a great month, our first time in Sarasota area. It was close to everything. Donna was very responsive and available. We would like to come back again.

From the beginning of our exploration of Gulf Gate Estates, the experience has been nothing but top-notch. The VRBO description of the property was excellent and accurate. The house was immaculate, beds good, kitchen well-equipped and the lanai/pool area was a dream. We had never experienced a salt water pool and it was exquisite. Communication with the owner was prompt and very helpful. We have already reserved space for next year!!!

This house was ideal for us. Large enough, yet quaint. It is centrally located where we needed to be close enough to Siesta Key. The management staff is very responsive and helpful. It was fun to watch the gecko's and birds around and near the pool. It was very clean and comfortable. We'll definitely want to stay here again sometime. Thank you so much!

Donna's (owner and prop mgr) home is a pleasant 3BR,3BA wonderfully located near major No/S0 roads and easy Siesta Key. The home is clean and the beds were comfortable. The screened pool area has 3or4 separate seating/sunning areas. ITs mature landscaping makes it is quite private. The property manager has several specific rules she does not want over-stepped (see welcome book) and was found to be quick to respond and most pleasant. The pool was cleaned weekly and heated to 84F, as advertised. The home had a basic cable package, comfortable family room viewing and a decent TV. You can tell that the home has been freshly painted, there is some new and newer furniture and the kitchen set up is decent. The provides several additional items to this list .. but we enjoyed (many times) the beach chairs, portable coolers, pool towels, floating noodles and outdoor propane grill. The owner and house cleaner respects/adheres to COVID protocols. The furniture in some of the pool area is comfortable/functional but a bit dated. The owner said she (constrained in 2020 by inability to travel in COVID times) will soon make planned upgrades We had a wonderful stay at this very nice location which I think will continue to see ongoing TLC from its owner. PS - very friendly neighbors, charming/tucked away location and a safe neighborhood

My family and I had a great time at this house. WE stayed there for over 4 weeks. Everything you would need is provided for: dishes, wine glasses, placemats, bakeware, towels, sheets, etc., The neighborhood is close to everything but not busy. We like quiet! Beaches nearby. We drove to Turtle beach to watch the sunset and to swim most days. The neighbors were nice, and the owner super-responsive. We ate alfresco most nights on the porch and would definitely rent it again. The pool is saltwater, a plus for us. If you don't like cold pool water, heat the pool. We didnt because we like cold water and don't like heated pools. Thankfully there's a choice not to heat the pool.
