Located just 30 minutes from Huatulco International Airport is Salchi Bay and this private luxurious oceanfront villa with 3 spacious bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning. MB has a King size bed and both guest rooms have 2 queen size beds each. The stunning vista can be enjoyed from every room of this designer-decorated villa. Relax on the sundeck beside the private beautiful infinity pool, or walk 2 minutes to the stunning beach. The Villa is complete with large screen smartTV, surround sound, DVD, Satellite programming, and Wireless Internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance and utensils. Huatulco has many fine restaurants, great shopping, a Market, and Movie Theatres. Available Tours for Deep sea fishing; kayaking; whitewater rafting; ATV rental; horseback riding. This is a fantastic Villa for family reunions, weddings, or romantic getaways.

The villa faces the Pacific Ocean which provides tropical breezes in the daytime, and the Sierra Madre mountain breezes in the evening giving a constant perfect temperature. Fresh fish and lobster can be purchased from friendly local fishermen, or they will take you to catch it yourself. Golf, shopping, and entertainment are all just a 30-45 minute drive into Bahias de Huatulco. Peurto Escondido is a 1h-20 minute drive west, and historic Oaxaca City a 6-hour drive north or a 35-minute flight.

This is a beautiful home with a gorgeous view and absolute relaxation. The pool is so clean and lovely. The house itself is spacious and clean and has everything you need, there is nothing we were left needing. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. Salchi beach is gorgeous. The most difficult part for us, which I wish we were more prepared for, is the challenge in finding the place and the dirt road leading to the house was quite stressful to navigate. However, once we became accustomed to it, it was not a problem. Do know that the closest city/stores are 30 minutes away, although there is a great place nearby to purchase meat and produce and some small markets for beverages. Would recommend.

Living in Cabo San Lucas for ten years, my partner and I decided to take a trip to Salchi for a change of scenery and some peaceful alone time. The house we stayed in had a great layout, allowing us to fully appreciate the beautiful views and unwind. The beach was just a few steps away and pleasantly uncrowded. We also enjoyed daily meals at the nearby Casa Mauna Restaurant, which offered a fabulous menu for us as vegetarians.
During our stay, we experienced a hot spell with little to no breeze after 7 PM, making the living area quite warm. However, when there was a breeze, it wasn't an issue. Despite this, we would definitely choose to book this place again.

We had a great stay. Mario was helpful for whatever we needed, the place was stocked with everything to make our stay easy (kitchen, pool, beach), the property is well kept, comfortable furniture/beds, easy walk to the beach for sun, swimming ect. We had a cook for lunch and dinners most nights. Only downside is the distance from town (45min to 1h), so as long as you’re stocked up and not needing to go far, this place is a relaxing slice of heaven.

The house was built with exquisite taste, with lighting and colors that provide a warm atmosphere. The access to the beach is easy and the pool is overlooking the ocean. A true gem.
