Nestled in Isle of Palms, this charming house for $895 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. HEATED/CHILLED POOL OPTION*, NEWLY REMODELED & FURNISHED INSIDE AND OUT!! NEW FOR APRIL 2019 - COMPLETELY REMODELED HUGE CHEFS KITCHEN AND ADDITIONAL 400SF OF LIVING SPACE ADDED TO THE FIRST FLOOR FAMILY ROOM. This comfortable island retreat offers open, spacious areas, incredible natural light and a tasteful island décor. Beautifully landscaped and illuminated grounds with lots of parking. A short 3 minute walk from the front door to your toes in the sand! Large open kitchen with double ovens stocked with all the equipment you need to make a big family dinner with seating for 18. There is a cozy sitting area off the kitchen with a flat screen tv/Roku/DVD. The 2nd floor boasts a huge open area with a lounge/bar/game room which includes a pool table, DVD, Wifi, 4 large flat screen tv’s, poker table, full wet bar w/mini fridge, Golden Tee Golf Game and Pac Man assorted game console.. Pick a book to read from the library while you lounge on the deck or by the pool. Ample outdoor living areas with a large 2nd floor deck & one open rooftop deck with panoramic views of the island. Relax by the private pool and enjoy the outdoor bar area with built in grill/sink/ice maker and full size refrigerator. Large private outdoor shower and bathroom. Just two blocks from the center of town, with multiple restaurants and a variety of shops. After dinner walk down to Ben & Jerry's for dessert! Only 20 minutes to Historic Downtown Charleston full of charm, history and world class restaurants and shopping. NO PETS ALLOWED NO SMOKING NO PARTIES MUST BE MIN 25 YRS OLD TO BOOK, ID REQUIRED. *The heating and chilling of the pool is available for a weekly fee of $400.00. It will take approx 24 hours for the pool to be heated or chilled so advance notice is required. Also please note that the heater for the pool is not designed to heat the pool during very cold winters. It is designed to heat the pool in the Spring and Fall when temperatures are mild and not as cold as Winter. The average temp in Isle of Palms in December and January is Low 30's and high 50's. The heating system will not heat the pool greater than 70 under those conditions. GOLF AND TENNIS: Isle of Palms is home to the First Class resort of Wild Dunes with 2 great golf courses, The Links and The Harbor Course and a top 100 ranked tennis program. The Family Circle Cup is only a 15 minute drive for Isle of Palms.

Great location! Great house layout! A few of the rooms where we expected queen beds were actually double beds. Some outdoor furniture could be refreshed. Overall, a fantastic stay for location, size, and price!!

We had an incredible family vacation in the house. The kitchen and dining area are very spacious with plenty of room for all of us to always cook and eat all together. Plenty of space for all 9 adults and three toddlers and infants. The pool was great and the beach access was super close! Lots of pool toys and beach toys and chairs for us to use also. Great neighborhood and great house! Five stars!

The house was great, was clean with lots of different spaces for our family to have fun. The 6 kids had space were they could hang out and play while the adults were busy with other activities.
The outside area was wonderful - the yard has a nice amount of sun and shade - we enjoyed lots of hours playing.
Beach is an easy walk away even the two year old easily managed it.

What a great week! Outstanding location with quick walk around the corner to beach access. No need to rent golf cart as 1) short walk and 2) no room to leave cart near path and 3) easy walk to restaurants even for seniors citizens, toddlers and strollers. Kitchen well appointed. Beds all comfy and clean. Family spread out on 3 levels to use ping pong, pool, tvs, cards, and arcade games into the wee hours. Super easy to get to Charleston, Sullivan island and MT Pleasant for activities.

Great house for different age groups. This house has 2 beautiful living areas so everyone has room. Upstair bathroom needs some attention and doors and woodwork need cleaning. Would rent again

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was fantastic, 3 min walk to the beach and restaurants nearby. Great open living spaces on main floor for our family to hangout; upstairs space was perfect for our teenagers.

This property was exactly what we needed for our family vacation! There were a few small things like burnt out light bulbs and a couple of stray items (loose socks and bottles found in rooms) when we checked in but did not outshine the beautiful house and location

This was our second time staying at this house. Great space for a big family. Some minor things could be done to improve it but all in all it’s good. The location is so convenient and the backyard always has areas of shade so you don’t fry if you don’t want to.

Lovely home - excellent location - super close to beach - beautiful kitchen - well stocked with dishes and pans (needs some teaspoons) - nice pool - we had some maintenance issues- also some things don’t work as well as they used to - great response when issues came up. House fit our three families really well - children ages 4-12 and adults up to seniors. My pet peeve - couldn’t turn down air conditioning to a comfortable level but that’s true of most of the houses where we stay! Grandchildren loved the game room!

Location was perfect for what we needed. Proximity to beach, bars/restaurants on IOP, and short drive to Charleston could not be beat. John was so accommodating to us from a check-in/check-out perspective, he really helped us out. House matched the listing description and met our expectations. Would rent this property again, and from John again in a heartbeat.

LARGE dining table was perfect for our group. Furnishing we’re clean, well appointed and comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. Overall house was clean. Some bathrooms were cleaner than others. Bathroom tile floors and tubs VERY slippery.. Stairs to back are dangerous….first 1/2 step very dangerous. Multiple levels of pavers in the back are easily missed and very dangerous trip hazard.
Areas of mold and decay in need of attention.
Overall we would go back again.

This was the second year we have stayed in this rental. It is well suited for our family of 10. We stayed in August this year and property was clean and neat upon arrival. The location is perfect and close to the beach. We did rent a golf cart for the first time and will do so next year. It made it super easy to navigate the island. The loose bricks around the pool are still a problem, but better than 2021. Also, we have to say that the property manager is very easy to work with a responds immediately to any questions or concerns. We have booked this property again for 2023 and can’t wait for next year!

Beautiful house with large open areas for our family of 12. Great location a block from the beach. I would recommend walking to the restaurant area as we got caught in traffic that took us 45 minutes on our Saturday arrival day! The property manager was responsive the couple of times we had to reach out to him during our stay. I highly recommend this area of Isle of Palms as the beach was not crowded at all. We also enjoyed the pool. We had difficulty with the ceiling fans not working in two of the bedrooms. They sent out an electrician, but he couldn't figure it out either. Beautiful home, a lovely community, and an enjoyable week with our kids, spouses, and grandkids!

House is in a great location, one block from the beach and walking distance to town. Check in process was easy, house is very large and has great hanging out spots. There is some wear and tear to the house that is probably just a result of renting it. But for the most part it’s a beautiful house. The pool area is nice but the ice maker doesn’t work and the trees around the property make it impossible for the pool to stay clean. Pool is heated though which is very nice. This year we rented golf carts to cruise around in and I would highly recommend doing that. Overall a great trip.
