The front desk reception, an Indonesian lady (who speaks in BM very fluent almost without any Indonesian sounds) who is very nice, friendly and helpful. Since the hotel has no lift, she helped getting me a ground floor room. This hotel should give credits to her. The other hotel crews and cleaners are also friendly and helpful Indonesians. The front desk is open 24 hours. The self laundry shop is just a few steps from the hotel (there are many selflaundry nearby but this one is the only safest to go at night). There are also a mamak restaurant nearby, and behind the hotel building which the streets are quite shady and dark, there is another row of building with Speedmart 99 and some not so happening restaurants which open in the evening.

Well, I ended up always order delivery food or spending more by taking a Grab car to Aeon Taman Equine (about RM10.00 per trip) than wandering in the unknown and lonely streets. This area looks deserted at night except around this hotel, tge Eco Shop (kedai RM2.60), the selflaundry shop facing the main road and the restaurants nearby. The MRT station is about 6-7min walk but it took me about 12-15mins with luggage. Not recommended after the dark because some streets are dark and lonely and quiet. Also you have to passby a trash house in a dark corner before seeing the MRT station. In the afternoon, I had to take a Grab car (cost me about RM10-RM11 per trip) to get to the hotel because I dont want to climb at least 2 hills before setting on a flat road to get to the hotel under the hot, scorching sun. I'm a backpacker traveler, stayed in the hotel for 5 days and 4 nights to visit MAHA2026 and Malaysia National Day Parade in Putrajaya. It is a super budget hotel but I paid about RM400 (including sustainability fees) for 4 nights. It is not cheap but nobody ever come to clean up the room, take out the trash or change the towel during my stay. In the last two days, I had to forked out some money to buy extra towels. The aircond was okay in the first 1 hour but then it went off and never on again afterwards. Even at night, it is so hot without aircond inside the room. Also there is no body soap/shower gel and shampoos provided. The TV also didnt function at all. Also I got uninvited visitors in the form of centipede and cockroach, all coming from under the front door.
