Love the location. Very close to Putra Permai MRT station. No other budget hotel nearby that have this great facility. Easy for me to commute to and from airport and Putrajaya. Got great mamak restaurant nearby also.
Need to keep up with maintenance like floorings in the rooms. Need to be strict with no smoking policy. Still can smell cigarette smoke from other rooms.

Price is affordable and close to eating area
1. Unpleasant smell of smoking odour in the room

3. Towel look very old and not well clean

"Alhamdulillah.. the hotel is very near to MRT PUTRA PERMAI. Easy to go to KLIA Transit Putrajaya Cyberjaya then to go KLIA KLIA2. MRT fare RM3 , KLIA Transit RM9+. Vice versa. Cafe is just side to hot..."
