Everything about this property and location is peaceful. Beautiful beach, just a few yards away for long walks when we only saw 2-4 other people. Remote location so bring groceries with you. Best restaurants require a drive to Capitola, Monterey and Carmel.

This place has everything, but most importantly the view is amazing! Just steps away from the ocean where we saw whales, dolphins, otters, seals and incredible sunsets. Clean and well appointed, a perfect stay!

Quiet, relaxing, great view... loved walking the beach and collecting shells and sand dollars. Nice location too... about halfway between Santa Cruz and Monterey so perfect for day outings.

As soon as you walk into the condo, you could feel your body release tension and start to relax. Everything from communication with the property manager, checking in, the beautiful decor, well stocked kitchen, soft towels, and an absolutely comfortable bed was beyond wonderful. The views was breathtaking and you could hear the ocean waves as you fell asleep. The cool air coming in from both the living room slider, and the bedroom slider was wonderful. Collecting shells and watching all the different avian live. I highly recommend this property if you just want to relax, and enjoy a wonderful vacation! You are so close to the ocean it feels like you are on it! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Our 28 night stay was breathtaking. So much do see and do. Relaxing on the beach with a fire at night and watching the glowing irradecent waves roll in was a 10 plus

The Pajaro Dunes are amazing! The view from the rental was spectacular and the sound of the ocean was nice. Short walk to beach front with lots of nice people working at the resort. You can roast marshmallows on the beach, pitch a tent, and hang out on the beach all day.

We stayed at Anna's place for 4 nights in early July. Every morning, the marine layer would cover the beach, but would burn off by mid day, and then we would have amazing sunsets each night. We saw otters, seals and a pod of dolphins, right off the beach. It was a great central location to explore Santa Cruz, Monterey, and even down the coast to Carmel and Big Sur.

It was great! Really lovely views from the apartment, kitchen was well stocked, and the bed was comfy. There were also lots of beach chairs and towels provided.

Loved the condos and the area. Not too crowded at all. Found tons of sand dollars and shells. The sound and view of the waves from the condo was incredible. Steps from the beach.

You are steps away from a beach. Beach decor that is inviting and comfortable. The fireplace offers different settings by remote. The kitchen is well stocked and organized. Very nice and would love to stay again.

This has to be the best view at a lovely resort. No notes this is our families second time staying here and hopefully won’t be our last. You really can’t beat it to unplug, unwind, and just focus in on the serenity and beauty of the area. Plus spotting some cute sea otters was a fun bonus.

This condo is very nice, it could use new carpet but other than that it was as very nice place to stay. Right on the beach with everything you needed to cook meals and enjoy the ocean views.

We had a fabulous relaxing time at this beautiful Shorebird location! The view is spectacular and the sound of the waves relaxing and rejuvenating. The kitchen was well equipped so we were able to make some great meals. Comfy bed and all the needed comforts. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

This unit was disappointing, except for the beautiful view of the ocean. it was under stocked for the most basic provisions. Most of the appliances need upgrades.

No ice maker or ice trays
No measuring cups or measuring.spoons, No baggies, Saran Wrap, limited amount of TP paper, napkins, paper towels
Fireplace that was advertised, turned out to be a non-working electric artificial fireplace.
Very HARD WATER.
I’m assuming a design flaw necessitated the raised bathtub to allow proper drainage, but the nearly 12 inch step from the tub to the bathroom floor could be considered a safety hazard.

The location at Pajaro was perfect - exactly as I anticipated. Couple minor things -
Kitchen is sparsely supplied. Would be nice to at least have 1 ice cube tray available to make ice (and have it ready upon arrival). Would be great to have a couple storage containers and some ziploc bags for the kitchen.
The fireplace, we understand is new. It only works after pulling it out; unplugging it; replugging it in, then using the remote. Might be an electrical power supply issue that should be addressed.

Lovely, peaceful getaway right on the beach. Beautifully decorated. Clean and quiet. Wonderful beach steps away. Living room’s and bedrooms picture windows were fantastic.

We really enjoyed our family get away even if it rained a lot. Our 3rd floor views still allowed us to be able to see the ocean and Monterey and Santa Cruz on good days. Sea Otters too! Just the right amount of space for the 3 of us! Loved the fireplace too!

We had a wonderful time at this property. The views were outstanding. Access to the beach was perfect and we enjoyed watching the pelicans flying by.

The view was amazing. The bedding and beds were comfortable. However, there were three TV’s. None worked. I called the owner. She said she was aware of the problem and would have her husband call back. He did not.The remote on the fireplace insert was not working.
There were fingerprints on the picture windows in the living
room. There was no soap put. We finally found a couple of small soaps beneath the cabinet. Endless to say, we will not be back.
