Outstanding absolutely loved the location and cleanliness of the condo and overall property. Todd is indeed a "premium" host.

Came for the Nights of Lights. Great location if you don’t want to stay in the city as it gets very crowded.

This was our first Vrbo rental. Todd was so easy and responsive to work with and the property was exactly what we needed. A convenient drive to St. Augustine with a beach on the other side of the complex. Great!

This VRBO checked all boxes!! Absolutely perfect. A single person or a couple could live in this unit. Beach & Pool access was awesome!! If we come to this area again, this is our go to!! The host was easy to get hold of!!

Very nice, clean, well stocked

Check in through the gate was very well explained. Loved the electronic sign in board for check in and other information. The rooms were a comfortable size. Loved the large tvs. Wonderful private access to the beach. The road noice was noticeable. The bed was a little hard for our taste. The kitchen was stocked well.

We had a most enjoyable stay at this property. Todd was most helpful and super quick to respond. The condo was soooo spacious and comfortable. We had easy, private access to the beach and enjoyed being able to take leisurely strolls on the beach and dip our feet in the ocean! We absolutely loved this property!

Needed a place close to family and downtown. Stayed pn the go so basically slept and showered. Perfect for us. Truly like the gated entry and felt very secured. Best information ever from owner with specific instructions. Answered all my questions before I asked!

Great location and super clean place and beach was not too crowded. Property was safe and convenient to grocery stores and restaurants.

Overall a great stay. My only regret was that I was required to take my own trash to the dumpster. It was not a big deal, but I was taken aback by it.

My family had a great time the beaches are beautiful we went to Matanza's inlet right at the bridge there is parking & was perfect for my 6 & 3 year old to enjoy the beach without the waves.We even had 4 sea turtles swimming with us & it was majestic. The Condo is very clean & well maintained. The pullout bed on the sofa is broke but replacing furniture is expensive but the air mattress supplied was easy to use & my girls loved sleeping on it.It does sit right on the busy A1A highway & I guess not having an exhaust on your vehicle is what you do cause it was constant so if you are sensitive to that i wouldnt recommend this spot but the beach club itself was ver charming & the pools were nice everyone was friendly.The host Todd was very welcoming & the check in process was super easy.

We were very happy with our stay here. Condo was extremely clean on arrival. Todd was easy to communicate with and responsive when needed. Condo was the perfect size for a couple. Location is great as well. Would definitely recommend using a wagon for beach days.

Walking in to the condo we were very impressed, it was clean and very inviting! It was perfect for what we needed. Only couple items I want to point out, not to complain because again we were very pleased with our stay but to give others a heads up. There is a pool guard that is rather annoying and literally gets on to the kids for being kids (we didn’t have ours so this was not a problem for us but others were aggregated) The blinds in the room when you turn the fan on moved and made an annoying noise so we got creative and put stuff up against it to make it stop haha You will be on the FAR side of the complex, getting to the beach is a hike, so if you have a lot of stuff I suggest a wagon for sure. You are also right next to the main road and people think it’s cute to make obnoxious noises with their cars so next time I will bring a sound machine and drown out that noise from the outside traffic at night. Again I would stay here again we spent very little time in the condo, we explored, it was affordable, well decorated and we would go again! Coffee shop across the street is awesome and salt water cowboys down the side road is AMAZING. Definitely try both!

I would highly recommend staying at this property. The check in and check out process was very simple. The hosts were very accommodating to any questions quickly. The property was very clean and very put together. You have the beach or the pool on the property and restaurants and shops very very close. This one is definitely worth staying at again.

This was absolutely the most stress-free getaway I have EVER had! The location was within a boardwalk from the ocean. We even walked to get takeout. The unit was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet considering our side overlooked a busy street. Would definitely stay again!

The kitchen was very stocked with some extras. Stove worked great! The property while small is good for a shorter stay. Was great to have a washer and dryer. Not so great was the traffic noise. We didn’t realize it was so close to the road. Not anything you can do with that. I would suggest that the couch be replaced. The cushions are just not supported anymore. Overall a great place for a short stay. Lots of restaurants and things to do near by .

Good place for stay. Comfortable bed. Very loud washing machine; we just made sure we ran it when we were not in the apartment. This apartment is at the far western edge of the complex. The beach is at the far eastern edge.

We enjoyed our stay. It was definitely just like the pictures. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The pool was lovely and the walk to the beach was shorter than I anticipated, just a walk through the grounds. Our host was most accommodating and very prompt in answering any questions. There were restaurants within walking distance, a plus for any property. Great condo!

We were pleased with the cleanliness of this property. Upon entering the unit, it smelled nice and fresh. The kitchen was stocked with necessary cooking and eating items. The bed was very comfortable. This is a second floor walk up unit. There is no elevator. This was not an issue for us. It was a short walk through the development to get to the beach. The beach was awesome! Vehicles are allowed on the beach. The grounds of the development are well maintained. People are responsible with their dogs. It was a short drive into the historical town of St. Augustine. We enjoyed staying away from the crowds & congestion of St. Augustine. The coffee shop across the road from the unit is amazing (Kokaburra). There are enough restaurants nearby. Everyone is very polite and welcoming and the food and beverages were great. There are two pools on the property. One is heated & is under construction. The other is clean & well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others.

Overall a great place to geat away. 10 minutes to down town St. Augustine. The Condo is very clean and well decorated. The TV's are huge. Had a nice time and would definitely stay here again
