The staff were amazing, helpful beyond any expectations we had. Great advice for destinations to see, bookings with GRAB, even dropping us to our wedding venue on their motorcycles. The food was delicious, great Bali coffee too

The shower drain seemed clogged. Water drained away very slowly so the shower recess became a shallow pool

Omg, when it comes to get dark, so scary at night, surroundings too dark, lights around the pool turned off, i saw no one walking around. reception was not found. Regarding breakfast, so stupid system that we needed to fill in the form, what we want to eat. Not nice at all. They tried to avoid waste food but with this way, by choosing without seeing the food, we ended up leaving our food on the table. So inconvenient to keep asking just for a cup of coffee. Please, just make buffet where food can be seen. If you don’t want any waste, just don’t cook too much. Hotel surroundings weer creepy too. A painting under the stair to go up, a woman face with no bra. No meaning at all, i don’t see it as art.
