Staff was nice
Very noisy, they did ofer us a more quiet room but one bed only. there is constant noise from the shower window and from the road as well.

* 📍 **Great location** – Near the main road and within walking distance of the black-sand beach.
* 🔐 **Safe & private** – The villa is inside a gated private area, so outsiders and outside vehicles cannot simply enter.
* 👩👦 **Great for a solo mum travelling with a child** – I travelled alone with my 9-year-old son and felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay.
* 🏖️ **Easy walk to the beach** – We felt safe walking from the villa to the beach as it is within the private area.
* 🏊 **Room near the pool** – Our room was close to the swimming pool, which was very convenient.
* 🧹 **Very clean** – The villa, room and pool were all clean and well maintained.
* 🦟 **No mosquitoes, insects or bad smells** – This was a big plus for me!
* 🏡 **Cosy room** – High ceiling with a dim, relaxing atmosphere that made the room feel very cosy.
* 🚿 **Lovely semi-outdoor bathroom** – It gives a nice tropical Bali villa feeling, but was still clean with no insects. There is also a bidet.
* 🏖️ **Pool towels provided** – No need to worry about using or bringing our own towels to the pool.
* 🎶 **Beautiful holiday atmosphere** – I loved the music they played around the restaurant and pool. It really made us feel like we were on vacation.
* 🍽️ **Amazing food** – The food was delicious and the portions were just right for my son and me.
* 📶 **Good Wi-Fi** – The connection worked well during our stay.
* 🗣️ **Easy communication** – The staff understand English, which made everything much easier for me.
* ❤️ **Overall** – Clean, cosy, safe, private and relaxing. As a mum travelling alone with my 9-year-old, I really appreciated how easy and comfortable our stay was.
The aircon was a little weak, so the room felt warm.
The power socket/adapter couldn’t charge my laptop properly, but the staff were helpful and tried to assist.
At night, there were some loud animal sounds near the bathroom and a burning smell came into the room, so we didn’t sleep very well.
The TV was quite slow at first, but once the movie played, it was fine. Netflix was provided, which was a nice bonus.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Great location for Keramas beach. Pool was nice and the property was clean with good facilities.
We felt the property lacked a bit of character and not quite as portrayed online. There only a few sun beds and not a swim up bar. We booked for 4 people but only two were included for breakfast. Then other coffees etc were charged on top.
