• Comfort & Space: Spotlessly clean and well-maintained throughout. All three bedrooms were fantastic, with generous wardrobe and storage space that made settling in for a three-week visit effortless.
• Amenities & Kitchen: Top-notch household facilities. The kitchen was fully equipped with quality cutlery, plates, glassware, and cookware, while the refrigerator, washing machine, and dryer operated flawlessly.
• Linens & Towels: Bed linens, sheets, and bath towels were generously provided, fresh, and well stocked for our group.
• Bathrooms: The upstairs bathroom was modern, spacious, and impeccably neat.
• Location & Transit: Unbeatable bus links with frequent, direct services to central Oxford and the rail station. Having a local Co-op supermarket and eateries just a short walk away made daily grocery runs and meals completely hassle-free.
• Downstairs Bathroom: The second bathroom on the ground floor is quite compact and tight compared to the generous upstairs bathroom, which is helpful for future groups to plan around.
• Long-Stay Replenishment: While utility items like bathroom floor towels were provided on arrival, a scheduled weekly replenishment of essential consumables would make multi-week stays even smoother without guests needing to ask.
• Communication: Responses to occasional routine maintenance inquiries were at times slightly delayed; a slightly quicker turnaround would make host support seamless.
Even with these minor logistical notes, this home provided a dependable, comfortable, and wonderful stay. We would gladly award it a full 10/10 and warmly recommend it to anyone visiting Oxford!

The property was nice, clean and comfortable .
Everything was well thought of with attention to detail; sea salt instead of table salt was a nice touch.

Property was generally comfortable and worked well for our party of 3. Once we had heat everything was fine. Safe location and good access to public transit. Rooms were very comfortable. Nice kitchen.
The hot water heater was broken but it was fixed midway through our stay. It just was too cold to not have heat in the house. To their credit the owners and property manager were incredibly responsive.

This property is in a good location for the hospital. Large stocked kitchen with access to the garden. Bedrooms were a nice size. However, the bed in the small bedroom on the front is very firm. Bathroom upstairs nice size and clean. Wifi and Internet work well. We were able to get all the streaming platforms on the tv. Communication with the host was good.
One thing that let's this property down was the seating in the living room, which we found quite uncomfortable. There is a large wooden settee (not sure if this was a pull out bed) and one small black chair. The settee was very uncomfortable and difficult to get out of, especially for my older parents. One of my party was receiving treatment at the local hospital, and this did not provide a comfortable place for her to sit and relax..
